Question: What if in the middle of the robbery, while Sonny was outside, he suddenly decided he wanted to surrender, while Sal was still in the bank, and didn't want to surrender? What would the police have done? Arresting him would've likely got the hostages killed, but they couldn't force him to go back in the bank.

Question: What would've happened if Sonny drove the limo himself, refused to tell the police where they were going, and told the police not to follow them? Also, if Sal had hostages sitting behind him as well, making it impossible for the police to get a clean shot? How could the police have stopped them, without getting any hostages killed?

Question: Why doesn't the guy in the truck just turn the turrets to face the sky or something when the Mariner is pulling the gun boat into the deacon's boat or hell even turn the engine off meaning the gun has no power! He was reaching through the cab trying to get the guys attention so it's not like absolutely no-one on the gun boat was unaware of what was going on.

Question: I am still only in season 1, but have noticed JD and a few of the other new doctors sometimes wear black scrubs. I feel like at times it was used to code which of them was trusted most at the moment, such as Episode 7 where being the "top intern" seemed to be JD's main focus in the episode. Question: At the pub in London, on Marwood returning from the toilet and saying "balls to Monty", Withnail says he's just spent an hour on the phone to Monty "flattering the bugger"? Surely Marwood wasn't in there for an hour and it's unlikely Withnail would have had time to phone Monty in the short while he surely must really have been in there, especially with a threatening guy sitting outside and likely to come in the longer he spent there.

Question: The man who goes into the bunkhouse to get a gun and gets shot in the stomach in the beginning is the same one in the gray suit acting drunk in the saloon fight big Jake has.

Question: At one point, Blue Raja mistakenly says that Bowler's father's name was Sal, which she immediately corrects as being Carmine. I never caught this till now after watching a recent animated Batman movie, but two of the big mob bosses that are rivals in Batman are Sal Maroni and Carmine Falcone. Considering the influences of this movie, is this intended to be a reference to the two Batman mob bosses?
