Dreams in Darkness - S1-E31

Plot hole: It's never explained: 1. How or who helped Scarecrow escape from his cell or 2. Why he'd be sitting in there at the end in costume instead of prison garb.

Suggested correction: Something not being explained is not a plot hole. The manner in which Scarecrow escaped his cell isn't essential to the plot, and therefore doesn't require an explanation. And the reason he's left in the cell in his costume is for the same reason Batman was left wearing his outfit when he was imprisoned: because the doctor at the asylum felt removing his outfit in his hallucinatory state could cause him to become catatonic.

Plot hole: It's never explained how Frigga could offer something extra to her clients for extra money since she doesn't talk.

Suggested correction: A plot hole is when there is a logical inconsistency that benefits a story despite not making any sense. Something not being explained is not a plot hole. And the reason Batman interrupts the procedure is because Clayface is a criminal who has committed numerous robberies as of late, and Batman is there to apprehend him. As far as Batman is concerned, if Clayface wants to undergo the procedure, then he must do it while in custody.

Nemesis 2: Nebula (1995)

Plot hole: Given Alex lives with an African tribe in a desert part of Africa with no-one else around it's weird she and her adopted family can both speak English.

Plot hole: It seems unlikely any mental institution would let a patient out to visit home for any length of time as happens in the movie with the killer and his mother.

Suggested correction: Unlikely, but still possible. Almost every workplace has a situation in which a person is bending the rules.

Plot hole: Amazing how Iris and Molly catch up to Harry despite the possibility he might've taken any number of routes during the jogging next to the car scene.

Plot hole: It makes no sense to send bounty hunters after Alex without any kind of tracking device, they just find her without any help.

I Love Lucy (1951)

Pioneer Women - S1-E25

Plot hole: Lucy mentions if Ricky comes home by bus, cab, or subway then they win the bet. Problem is unless they live next to a subway she wouldn't know if he'd used it.

Nemesis 2: Nebula (1995)

Plot hole: It seems odd that Alex can handle a gun with almost no problem when she obtains one, given she'd grown up using primitive weapons like a knife.

Goddess of Love (1988)

Plot hole: Aphrodite couldn't have used Ted's credit card without getting into trouble.

Suggested correction: The movie blatantly shows Billy lifting her high enough above his head to impale her. It's literally right there in the scene. Additionally Linnea Quigley talks about the making of the scene in the documentary "In Search of Darkness Part II," and talks about the actor living her high above his head over and over while making the scene.

The Lost Empire (1984)

Plot hole: Given Dr. Sin Do is a sneaky and quite brilliant mastermind it seems unlikely he could've been fooled by a victim's sister, especially when they look alike.

Deadly Friend (1986)

Plot hole: It seems unlikely Paul could've just taken Sam's body out of the hospital with ease and not run into security.

Plot hole: It's never revealed how Vivian's husband knew of their affair, he just seems to know.

Terror Train (1980)

Plot hole: When the conductors go back to the washroom the killer's in his victim's costume, room clean. He couldn't have cleaned up all that blood that quick with just a few rags.

Plot hole: Betty explodes at the end due to the instability of taking too much of the formula yet nothing happens to Angel who did the same thing.

The Initiation (1984)

Plot hole: When the riot and escape happen they never reveal how the girl's real father escaped, he wasn't an inmate of the asylum, merely a trustee from the nearby prison so at night he'd have been in his cell.
