To Catch a Killer (2023)
Factual error: Eleanor Falco is mentioned as having substance problems. No way would the FBI recruit someone with such a problem.

Married... with Children (1987)

Monk (2002)
Mr. Monk Goes to Jail - S2-E16
Factual error: The murdered man is killed by poison while having his last meal just before they execute him that night. Death row inmates have their last meal one to two days before they're executed.

Bruised (2021)
Factual error: There's no way in UFC they'd let a fighter continue all bloodied up as Jackie is. Given her condition the referee would've stopped the fight and awarded it to Lady Killer.

Assault of the Killer Bimbos (1988)
Factual error: The Los Angeles cops pursuing Lulu, Peaches, and Darlene in Mexico couldn't arrest them due to this being a foreign country where they wouldn't have jurisdiction.

Sanford and Son (1972)
Factual error: During the meeting with American prisoners the lone woman says she's fought in both the European and Pacific theaters. Unless I'm mistaken, nobody got shipped from one to another during the war unless one theater was done.

Our Idiot Brother (2011)
Factual error: Lady Arabella mentions her ex having put their "private" tape on Youtube. Impossible as Youtube strictly forbids that sort of thing from being uploaded on their site.

Orange Is the New Black (2013)
Factual error: Whenever Tiffany gets her dentures there's one problem. She's got her hands cuffed in front and prisoners, unless they're cuffed to the waist and ankles too, should have her hands cuffed behind her back.

Married... with Children (1987)
Factual error: It seems unlikely Steve's bank or any bank would leave its vault open at night as they close around five or six.
Suggested correction: Steve is the bank manager and is closing up for the day. There is also a security guard sitting right by the door. And he has to unlock the door to let Al in. No mistake here.
The mistake is about leaving the vault door wide open instead of closing it. Not about Steve needing to unlock the front door to let Al in.
My point is Steve is closing the bank with a security guard there and the door is locked. So what if the vault is open? Steve just hasn't closed it yet.

Married... with Children (1987)
Factual error: Al gets hired as a bartender despite having no liquor license and not having taken the course required to become a bartender.
Suggested correction: Depending on the bar all you need is a diploma or GED and be old enough per the state's laws.

Cruella (2021)
Factual error: When Cruella first drives her iconic car, being in Britain the driver's seat should be on the right side, not the left.
Suggested correction: Cars can be imported from overseas. It's very possible the car was imported from America.

La Noire (2011)
Factual error: In Arson, you chase a burglar who'd tried breaking into a house. The street crime's called "Hot Property." Problem is the phrase refers to stolen goods and he hadn't stolen anything and sold it to someone.

Music (2021)
Factual error: No judge would award guardianship of a person with something like autism to a sibling who's a recovering alcoholic and drug dealer.
Suggested correction: I think it is POSSIBLE, but not probable. Someone on the spectrum may have poor coping skills when dealing with strangers or would not do well if placed in an unfamiliar environment. Placement with a sibling - even one as you described (recovering alcoholic and drug dealer) - may be less traumatic and disruptive than with a non-relative or stranger. A judge would have to weigh the bad against the good while considering the person's needs and the sibling's ability to meet or exceed those needs.

The Scooby Doo Show (1976)
Factual error: There's an exhibit in the Smithsonian Institute that shows Benedict Arnold, William Demont, and Major John Andre labeled as Famous American Traitors. One problem, Andre wasn't a traitor to America as he was a British officer to whom Benedict Arnold arranged to surrender West Point to during the war.
