Continuity mistake: In the fight with Flash Thompson (in school, his first fight), when Peter grabs his hand, first he is grabbing him by his watch, then a little bit lower in a different shot, in the next shot by his watch again. (00:23:40)

Revealing mistake: When the plane crashes through the glass at the beginning of the movie, you can't see any wings on the plane. (00:04:30)

Continuity mistake: In Switzerland, after Harry talks to Juno, there's an underwater angle of the huge crack in the ice through which Harry exited. From the guard's point of view, half a second later, the hole is a mere crack. (00:08:50)

Factual error: When we first see Fatima Blush, she is waterskiing. She is doing several stunts, which are only possible with one ski, the most notable being skiing backwards with one foot in the air. However, when she releases the tow rope and skis up the ramp into James Bond's arms, she is on two skis. (00:45:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in Jameson's office after he throws his cigar out the window and the Goblin throws it back, when Jameson is looking at the cigar on his desk, he is sitting at an angle. Right before the Goblin crashes in, Jameson is sitting perfectly straight at the desk, with both hands on the desktop. (01:11:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When the fire breaks out in the building, as the firetruck goes by you can see the reflection of the camera crew on the truck, including a man wearing a white shirt. (01:22:00)

Continuity mistake: At the Unity Festival, when the Green Goblin flies past on the glider, the camera cuts to a shot of the balcony, and behind Harry and MJ there is a man in a black suit that takes a picture (you can see the flash from the camera). But when the camera cuts to a close up, the camera that was in his right hand has vanished and is now a glass of wine. (01:03:40)

Continuity mistake: When the part of the balcony where Mary-Jane is starts to break, there's a lamp on it. It vanishes the following shot, then reappears some shots later. (01:07:05)

Dr Wilson

Continuity mistake: When Parker is chasing the robber into the abandoned warehouse, you see a shot of the robber holding the gun in his left hand and carrying the money bag in his right hand. However, the next shot you see him load a clip into the gun with the bag in his left hand and the gun in his right hand. (00:45:25)

Continuity mistake: In the film Norman Osborn is talking to the board of the company where they announce they are selling the company. In one shot if you look on the table most of the folders that the board are holding are open. In the following shot most of them are closed. (01:00:30)

Continuity mistake: Jim's mom drops the Tupperware of food with the top facing up, and when it lands, the top is facing down instantly. (00:03:30)

Visible crew/equipment: In the last scene of the movie where Mike and Marcus are both in Marcus's "new" pool, as soon as the pool collapses into the ocean, you can see in the background a crew member standing there as if he was there to "break" the pool and in a quick shot back to where the pool was, he is gone. Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning of the film when the police car explodes and flips over, you can blatantly see stunt wires used to aid in flipping the car. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: When Mike is driving the yellow Hummer through the shanty town at the end, the side-view mirrors are broken off several times. When the car comes to a rest the mirrors are intact. (02:13:25 - 02:16:10)

Charles Fraser

Continuity mistake: When Mike is carrying out Plan B and the house explodes, in the far bottom right you can see the Hummer drive away, but in the next shot it's driving out of the garage. (02:11:25)

Continuity mistake: When Marcus and Mike are in Tapia's house to eliminate the rats, Mike jumps through the kitchen window. While doing that jump, he loses his "Zook" cap, but in the shot when they are sitting in the car, he has his cap back on. (01:07:25)

Continuity mistake: When Tapia is talking to the guy about severing his head then threatens his family, he takes the pictures out of the box and the pictures are facing Alexei, but in the next shot they are facing Tapia, as he turns them around to show him. (01:05:45)

Revealing mistake: During the first gun battle, Mike blows up a bridge with two men on it. When they go flying, the man on top is attached to a very visible wire that lifts him up and sends him flying. (00:08:35)
