Continuity mistake: When Swayze first arrives at Red's place, there is a shot of them walking down the length of the trailer. You can see that the legs are already up. He would have had to have been already hooked onto the trailer, but in the next scene, he is hooking up to the trailer. (00:18:50)

Continuity mistake: In the shot where the Monte Carlo is about to hit the big rig's rear and is about to explode, look very closely at the side of the Monte Carlo when it is about to explode. The Monte Carlo used in this shot has no visible damage on its side and throughout the car (excluding the front cause it's hit in the shot). Looks like they used two Monte Carlo's for this chase scene. (00:28:40)

Continuity mistake: In the deleted scene where Elwood goes into the manager's office to quit, right before he walks in the door he sets his briefcase down, it is slightly crooked and in the center of the floor. When he goes to leave it is sitting straight and further to the left. (00:42:45)

Continuity mistake: When Matrix and Cindy are getting into the plane, the guys on the docks are shooting at the plane. You see several bullets make holes on the right side of the door. Later when you see the plane, the holes are gone. (01:00:45 - 01:06:10)

Visible crew/equipment: When Matrix is holding Sully over the cliff, you can see the cable holding him up. (00:40:51)

Continuity mistake: When Sully flees the mall in his Porsche he runs into Matrix, knocking him up and over the car but also knocks off his wing mirror in the process. In the driving scenes that follow the mirror is back on the car. (00:37:40)

Continuity mistake: Just before the Mystery Girl blows up the building in which Elwood resides, a police car with lights on its roof pulls up outside. When the building actually explodes just over a minute later, you see that the police car parked outside no longer has any lights. (00:39:54)

Continuity mistake: Cameron Poe's stubble length changes noticeably while they are on the plane. At one point when him, the guard and Baby-O are about to jump off the plane after taking off from Lerner Airfield it has almost disappeared. (01:13:25 - 01:28:10)

Continuity mistake: When Douglas is watching the video of his wife and kid on the pier her eye make-up is running through her tears of fear. It cuts back to Douglas then back to her, the make-up has gone. It would be hard for her to wipe her eye as she is holding the girl with both hands. (01:35:35)

Continuity mistake: When D-Fens meets with the two gang members, watch the gangsters positions as they stop walking. They are standing close to each other as one of them says, "I'm not laughing." The other says, "I'm not either," and they are suddenly standing about six feet apart from each other in the next shot, even though the dialogue overlaps the shots. (00:18:30)

Continuity mistake: When Pinball is fighting the female guard on the plane they are struggling, and from one angle her hat has fallen off and from another angle she is still wearing it. It jumps between scenes like this with her hat being on and off. (00:24:03)

Continuity mistake: When Diamond Dog puts the hat on in the plane after it's hijacked, he puts it on backwards.A second later, it's on straight without him turning it around. (00:43:55)

Revealing mistake: When Babs is writing down what is said during the fraternity's disciplinary hearing (court reporting), no ink is actually coming out of her pen as she writes on her notepad. In fact, the notepad remains blank even as she turns to a new page while still writing. (01:04:50 - 01:05:55)

Continuity mistake: During the chase scene where they attach the "engine killer" remote to the Dodge M4S (aka Wraith's vehicle), 2 Chevy Malibu Cop cars are barreling up the road towards the racers. Once the cops pass the starting line, the cars are now Dodge cop cars. (00:44:25)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start of the party, when Stifler walks to the door, in the window above the set lights are visible. (00:09:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When the love scene between Linda Fiorentino & Charlie Sheen happens they knock over a lamp but if you look closely a hand reaches out to grab it. (00:52:20)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the film when we first see Reese arriving, the drunk homeless guy is holding a bottle in his left hand, then the camera continuously switches between Reese's arrival and the old guy, in these shots, the bottle keeps changing hands from left to right, then back to left. (00:06:40)

The-Immortal

Revealing mistake: When the van gets flipped over outside the BBQ chicken place, you can see the cannon that flips the van over. (01:32:20)

Continuity mistake: Just before Kyle exits the car park, he rams the police car driven by the Terminator into a parked car, and you can see the front left corner of the police car is damaged. In the next shot when you see the police car exit the car park, the damage has gone. (00:48:30)

Continuity mistake: In the climactic chase scene, when Murphy is shot through the window, he is shot in his right arm and there is a hole in the window with blood on it. When he does a 360 degree loop in the helicopter the broken window and blood appears on his left side—the opposite window to that which he was shot through. (01:42:20)
