Revealing mistake: In the scene where Jake fights in Cleveland, in one shot right before he punches you can see his opponent's mouthpiece is taped to his head so it will fall off making it look like it came out of his mouth. In the next shot he has his mouthpiece back in his mouth.

Continuity mistake: When Joey and Sal are walking down the street, they come up to one apartment where people are standing outside talking. Just before that the blind in the window behind them is up, but in the next shot it's down.

Trivia: Dan Aykroyd was suppose to play D-Day but he couldn't get out of his SNL contract. Ironically, D-Day was based on Aykroyd.

Audio problem: Cage and his daughter are being chased by Bruce McGill, and Cage is waiting because the lady won't keep the change. When Cage grabs the change, he says "what, are you insane?". The words don't match his mouth movements.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Johnny calls the nurse, at the end of the call, the nurse hangs up. Then in the next shot, Johnny and Kamal are just sitting there laughing. There is no way Johnny could have hung up the phone that fast.

Visible crew/equipment: When Johnny and Kamal escape the hot dog place and Tony pulls up in his car he screams at the two guys to get in the car. As the guy is running around the car, check out the driver. It's clearly not fat Tony, but a skinny stunt driver.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where McClane jumps in the car because the Germans are shooting at him the first shot he gets in and his feet are all the way in. But in the next shot his feet are still out and then he brings them in again.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bill's old boss comes back to see him notice when Bill shoots him and takes the drink. All of the drink comes out of his chest because of the bullet holes. Well notice his shirt is all wet, then in the next scene when he takes off his hat his chest is all dry.

Question: In the scene where Peter Parker pulls up to the theater in that beat up car from those two bad guys. What kind of car is that and what year?
