Bread and Circuses - S2-E25

Revealing mistake: A Roman guard empties half a magazine of bullets from his submachine-gun into Flavius, but there are no bullet holes in his body, nor blood on the floor from the wounds inflicted by the bullets.

Star Trek (1966)

Trivia: In the original series, Dr. McCoy never prefaced his description of being a doctor and not another profession with "Dammit, Jim!" For example, he never said, "Dammit, Jim, I'm a doctor, not a bricklayer!"

Star Trek (1966)

Space Seed - S1-E23

Stupidity: In sick bay, Khan wants to read the Enterprise's technical manuals, explaining to Kirk he was once an engineer. Kirk acquiesces, saying they are available to ANY patient on the viewing screen. Apparently Captain Kirk does not seem to mind total strangers (this time with Napoleonic complexes) reading detailed documents outlining the strengths and weaknesses of a Federation starship.

The Night of the Flying Pie Plate - S2-E6

Other mistake: When Gordon and the troopers bring the unconscious Venusian ladies in and place them in the chairs, the chairs are almost in the middle of the room. When the girls come to, the backs of the chairs are right up against a wall.

Fury (2014)

Trivia: Grady Travis' nickname "Coon-ass" indicates he is most likely from the state of Louisiana, as the residents of that state proudly call themselves "Coon-asses." They also proudly display the name on their vehicles in the form of bumper stickers.

Scott215

Continuity mistake: On his horse, Teddy Roosevelt greets Larry and extends his hand as Larry enters the scene and extends his. A quick cut to Teddy's point of view and Larry walks up and extends his hand again.

The Night of the Bubbling Death - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: West describes to Artie his movements through the fortress using a model of the structure sitting on a table with a green table cloth and gold trim. West's left hand is resting on the table, as is a clear glass dish, as well. Close ups show the model close to the edge where the dish was and West's left hand on his thigh.

Other mistake: The camera focus is on Lt. Weaver during the German armor attack, but off to his left (barely in the scene) Sgt. Duquesne drops a live rifle grenade as he is foolishly flipping them in the air before securing them to his rifle and firing them at the Germans.

Logan's Run (1977)

Logan's Run - S1-E1

Trivia: In this episode, actress Lina Raymond introduces herself as "Siri" in a voice exactly like the Siri voice heard on Apple iPhones. This episode and the introduction of The Siri voice for Apple products were nearly thirty years apart.

Kelly's Heroes (1970)

Factual error: Oddball tells Kelly their commander had been trying to get them killed ever since they landed at Omaha (beach). Oddball's tanks are part of the U.S. sixth Armored division (the Super Sixth, as the unit shoulder patch on his jacket indicates) which actually landed at Utah beach on July 18, 1944. (00:30:50)
