Logan's Run - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Logan and Jessica commandeer a hover car that floats above the ground, but in shots of the car moving, wheels of the prop hover car are seen.
Continuity mistake: When the hosts greet Logan, Jessica, and Rem, Rem is seen approaching them in the reflection of a mirror. The next shot shows Rem begin to approach the hosts.

Revealing mistake: The pyrotechnic charge to planted in the wall to show the impact/explosion of the Sandman's pistol is visible before the Sandman fires at Logan and Jessica.
Continuity mistake: After being rendered immobile by the Liquid Nitrogen, the aliens' bodies are clustered around the locked door. When Jessica and Logan enter, the bodies have changed position and distance from each other, in particular one body that is several meters from the pile of alien bodies.
Audio problem: Rem's lips don't move when he says "Good luck" to the aliens.
Continuity mistake: Logan's weapon is repeatedly leveled at Karen 4, raised, then leveled again between camera shots.
Audio problem: Joanna says, "I sent two of the crew after them", but her mouth does not move.
Continuity mistake: After Logan and Jessica are finished swimming and splashing in the water pool and they climb out, their hair and clothes are completely dry when Karen 4 appears a few seconds later.
Continuity mistake: When Logan, Rem, and Jessica cover their eyes as the probe materializes, each is about two feet from each other. In the frontal closeup, they are all elbow to elbow.

Revealing mistake: Francis runs into a long corridor that is meant to extend way back into the distance. However his reflection and shadow hitting it prove that it is just a painting of a corridor stuck to the wall. (00:11:00)
