The Night of the Raven - S2-E3

Plot hole: Antoinette is making miniature clothes for the soon-to-be shrunken West, but when West drinks the antidote to make him normal-sized, he is wearing the same clothes which would have been shredded as he grew back to normal size.

Wild Wild West (1999)

Trivia: In the film, West kills an assassin coming at him from inside a painting. This is a nod to the series' episode The Night of the Surreal McCoy, where Dr. Loveless planned to place murderers in paintings to kill world leaders.

Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Trivia: At the end of the film, when Ichabod and the others arrive in New York City, he tells them, "The Bronx is up, and the Battery's down." This is a reference to the song "New York, New York", from the 1940's stage show and movie "On the Town."

Alarms - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: The left hand of Sam's lunch date instantly changes positions as the shots change from his hand being at his cheek, clasped in front of him, and open. This repeats several times.

The Liberator - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: Galen's left hand is above shoulder height and grasping one of the cage's bars as he speaks with Virdon and Burke in the cage. The view of Galen from Burke and Virdon has Galen's hand below his waist.

The Night of the Human Trigger - S1-E12

Stupidity: West and Gordon are in the coal cart and rock it until it tips over so they can escape. Neither West nor Gordon had their feet tied up, only their wrists, meaning both could have merely stood up in the cart and jumped out of it, rather than rocking it side to side.
