Continuity mistake: When all three are having dinner for the first time, Vincent's hands' positions are not continuous between shots. Sometimes they swap between crossed or not, or they're holding a glass or not, or the glass swaps hands.

Visible crew/equipment: During the second trip around cities, the camera is very close to the car, and a rectangular black object is reflected on the chromed frame of the grille, most surely the camera or the structure it was attached to. One can see what seems to be fingertips on the upper part.

Revealing mistake: When the bad guy free-falls from the crane and dies, he is replaced with an obvious dummy.

Revealing mistake: As Barb is going down the rope with the hostage girl in the beginning of the movie, you can tell it's a stunt person as there are no dark roots showing in her hair (a wig?). Before she goes out the window, and again afterwards, she looks like she needs a root touch-up. Also, the young girl Barb rescues is suddenly an older woman.

Revealing mistake: When Varna is sliding down the rope and gets shot in the back with an arrow, the safety pad under her clothes protrudes noticeably.

Continuity mistake: When Superman saves Lois from the car crash, the bumper's damage changes between shots: sometimes it's dangling on the edge, others it's attached to the car.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie when Superman pulls Lois Lane out of the car and she's already dead, she is very dirty all over because of all the dirt that "drowned" her. In the following shot when Superman is done crying over her and leaves her on the ground to reverse time so that she will come to life again, her clothes are all white and shiny.

Continuity mistake: When Nuclear Man steals the Statue of Liberty, its pedestal looks normal. When Superman puts it back in place, the pedestal is missing a huge chunk (surely because of some FX going wrong). In further shots, it's fixed.

Revealing mistake: When Superman and Nuclear Man fall down the building, their capes remain stuck to their backs, defying the laws of gravity, and thus revealing that the scene was shot with them standing up and then turning the camera around.
