Revealing mistake: When Indy is in the archive room cornered by the thugs, there are a couple of wide shots where it's definitely not Harrison Ford, but a stuntman with a mask resembling his face. The wide shots cut to close-ups of the real Harrison, and one can see the big difference between both. According to the making-of videos, several stunts were played using this technique.

Revealing mistake: The Lollipop Guild's bald caps and face makeup to hide them, especially the ones on the sides, are very, very obvious.

Continuity mistake: When the three soldiers step off the elevator to fight Kong, the one on the far right bends down to pick something up. An instant cut later, he is standing tall next to the other two.

Revealing mistake: When Jack starts walking on the log, there are square chalk T-marks painted on it to point out where he must step, which disappear in the overhead shot.

Continuity mistake: Jonathan is brought before the queen for the second time, who asks him where Snow White is, his fringe all messed up. He replies, "Snow-who?" and now his hair is nicely brushed. Then, she walks towards him, and his hairstyle keeps changing in almost every shot, the left side covering his eyebrow or not. Plus, at the end of the scene, there's a close-up of him with his hair messed up, which swaps to brushed a shot later. (01:10:20)
