Revealing mistake: On the beach, Jaime stares at a flying plane, then the shot cuts to the plane. The problem is that shot was filmed behind a window that reflects on the footage. One can even see what looks like pens in the cameraman's pocket.
Continuity mistake: When the nurse stabs the needle into Jaime, who pushes her away, the needle is nowhere to be seen. After the lady falls, the needle suddenly appears stuck in Jaime's arm.
Continuity mistake: After the flare gun is shot, the scenes swap between taking place at night or daylight, even minutes after the flare stops glowing. Proof of the havoc is that, several seconds later, there's a shot of the sun rising on the horizon.
Continuity mistake: When the castaways spot the flying plane, Rudy waves his arm, with Romero standing next to him. A shot later, they're two meters apart, only to stand together a shot after.
Continuity mistake: When Jaime opens the plane door, an exterior shot reveals complete darkness outside. However, from inside the plane - and in the close-up shots taken from outside - a bright light is visible, seemingly coming from the film crew.
Continuity mistake: Before the plane takes off, there's a far-away shot of it. It has a red design around the radome, which disappears in the following shots.
Continuity mistake: When Jaime is playing a stewardess on the plane before it takes off, the curl around her cheek swaps between nicely brushed to messy and back to brushed between shots.
Trivia: When Jaime arrives at a small square in France, it's unmistakably the same location used to represent Germany in S2E12 and also Germany in S3E7. While it's common for TV shows to reuse sets, the reuse here is particularly blatant and hard to overlook.
