Revealing mistake: In the scene in Salzburg train station, the trains that can be seen in the background are marked RENFE, which is the Spanish state-owned train operator. Also, when Fitzgerald looks at Roy through the window of the train, the station signs are "Salzburg Bahnhof", but only a few seconds later, when they are walking on the platform, the same signs are "Sevilla Santa Justa". This scene was actually shot in Seville train station.

Visible crew/equipment: After June swerves to avoid the truck, she is replaced by a blatant stunt double with short hair.

Continuity mistake: When June swerves to avoid crashing against the truck, the black minivan that flipped in the air a second ago and laid on the road is magically gone, plus the traffic is moving as if nothing had happened.
Continuity mistake: Before Indy finds the crystal skull, the mummy's head has a piece of cloth on its forehead. In a wide shot immediately afterwards, this cloth disappears.
Continuity mistake: During the ants scene, Indy is about to grab a stick to the left of his hat. In the close-up the stick and the hat have swapped sides.
Continuity mistake: At the diner, Mutt places the photo on his hat, yet it swaps from standing out to tucked inside, between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Mutt first shows up, he is riding his bike between two train wagons, or between a train and a railing next to the station. This changes back and forth with no logic at all.

Continuity mistake: When the hunter crashes against the supermarket wall it makes no mess - as the final wide angle reveals, yet when the kids arrive the whole place has stuff scattered all over.
