One might argue that it's because of the angle of the shot, but they're all moving around all the time and at least their arms should be visible.

Continuity mistake: When Carrie is reading the magazine and Aiden punches a hole through her wall, the hole looks to be about 4 feet from the corner of the wall. But after Carrie gets up and runs into the other apartment to confront Aiden, the hole in the other side of the wall is suddenly about 8 feet from the same corner, much further away. (00:12:55)
