Continuity mistake: When Stack says, "I guess I was the one person he couldn't kill," Mary is holding a glass near her mouth, about to take a sip. In the very next frame, the glass is suddenly lowered. (02:06:55)

Revealing mistake: At the festival, after Marty is given the gun he encounters Seamus and Maggie. Due to the Vistaglide camera effect where Marty was later added to the scene, she is unable to look at where Marty is supposed to be. This is very noticeable when Seamus says "buffoon" and Marty turns around and starts to walk, but Maggie keeps staring at where he was. Also when the scene ends and she looks at Marty and warns him to watch for the future, she's totally missing the spot.

Revealing mistake: When Marty is in the cave with the bear, there are two non-consecutive shots from behind the bear. You can see scruffy, fake-looking fur on the bear in those two shots - obviously someone in a black fur costume. The rest of the shots use a real bear.

The Maze - S1-E17

Continuity mistake: When the girl is inside the abandoned house, she looks at a kid standing in the middle of the room. However, in the reverse shots from behind, he appears positioned right next to a wall. His position shifts back and forth between cuts.

Continuity mistake: When Sabrina is talking to Norman, her hair falls forward over her shoulder toward her chest. In the very next shot—and throughout the following shots—it has been brushed back behind her shoulders.

Visible crew/equipment: When Preston leaves Jessica at the hotel, a large set light is reflected on the right side of the car. It disappears in the reverse shot.

Continuity mistake: When the sheriff grabs the bottle, his palm is facing upward to avoid leaving fingerprints on it. However, as he walks toward the exit, in the subsequent exterior shot he is holding the bottle with his palm facing downward. While there may have been a split second in which he could have changed his grip, the entire point of the scene is that he avoids touching the bottle altogether.
