Fluke picture

Corrected entry: In the beginning you can tell that the dog is licking the camera when she is supposed to be licking the puppy.

sdgirl98

Correction: The only thing you could be referring to is sometimes the shots are from the dog's point of view, and at those times, the dog is supposedly licking the puppy but is really licking the camera lens. There is nothing wrong with these shots.

Money Train picture

Corrected entry: When The Torch strikes the first time he douses a ticket saleswoman with gasoline and sets the whole cabin on fire. It remains a mystery how she stays unscathed till Wesley comes for her rescue.

NancyFelix

Correction: You can see that in the part of the cabin, where the woman is, there is no gasoline. So it's possible for her to be unharmed until Wesley comes to her rescue. It doesn't take him that long to get over two tracks. He has to wait for about half a min for the two trains to pass. The whole rescue didn't take more than 4 min.

Higher Learning picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where Kristen is raped by Billy, he is shown to remove her underwear. When she jumps up and runs away, her underwear is back on, although she has just managed to fight him off and wouldn't have had time to put them back on and escape. (00:31:20 - 00:32:05)

Correction: At no time during this scene can you see up her skirt, which she is still wearing. It is impossible to tell if she is wearing the underwear or not.

Just Cause picture

Corrected entry: A black prisoner recites a pithy profundity to his lawyer, played by Sean Connery, who correctly identifies the quote's author as W.E.B. DuBois, but gives the last name a French pronunciation (DuBwa) rather than its correct Anglicized pronunciation (DuBoys). DuBois' name is always mispronounced in Hollywood productions.

Correction: Character mistake, in that Connery's character was not aware of the proper pronunciation.

The Immortals picture

Corrected entry: During the scene where Theseus is addressing the warriors, there is a shield on the ground that appears and disappears a few times.

Screamers picture

Corrected entry: When Peter Weller is in the rocket shuttle and about to leave for Earth he contacts the military and advises them of his departure. The reply is instant - and impossible - Weller is on a distant planet at the edge of the solar system. The radio waves would take years to reach Earth and just as long for them to send a reply.

Correction: Maybe in the year 2078 they discovered the priciples of sub space, like in Star Trek, that allows for instaneous communications.

A Kid in King Arthur's Court picture

Corrected entry: The reflection trick Belasko uses to blind his jousting opponents would not work, since the horse would be bouncing him too much to focus the glare.

Correction: If jousters can steady and accurately aim a heavy lance at full gallop, they can hold steady a tiny mirror.

Harrison Bergeron picture

Corrected entry: After Harrison spends the night absorbing pre-Revolutionary culture, he asks Philippa who the old man playing King Lear was and she replies "Macauley Culkin." Early in the film, we established that the revolution took place in 2018, which means Macauley Culkin would only be at most 38 years old, so not an "old man".

Captain Defenestrator

Correction: Certain people don't age well. You can also add in the certain possibility of a celebrity using drugs and alcohol, causing them to age faster. He could also simply be in makeup as King Lear.

Dracula: Dead and Loving It picture

Corrected entry: At the end of the movie as Dracula is about to bite Mina, Prof. Van Helsing rips a hole in the nearby window, letting light through, before pulling a nearby chain to open the blinds on the window. Then it shifts to Dracula, and when it comes back to Van Helsing, the blinds are shut. When Dracula turns into a bat and flies to the rafter, the blinds are open again.

Dandude776 1

Correction: Actually Prof. Van Helsing is standing in front of a boarded up window. The blinds are on a window higher up. You can see this by the angle of the burn lines on Dracula, and you see Dracula looking upward toward the blinds.

Before Sunrise picture

Corrected entry: When they're in the record store, there is not a single album printed in German. One would expect to find some English language pressings in a store in Vienna, but not every single one of them.

Correction: Most records store with multiple language offerings don't mix those albums. Each language gets its own section, so the English section would only have albums in English.

The City of Lost Children picture

Corrected entry: At one point in the movie, One gets drunk at a bar, and the bar owner calls over a lady to cheer him up, which she does, but within their short conversation, he looks at her breasts. At one point she says, "They haven't failed me yet." Miette (pronounced "Me"-"Yet") is the name of the little girl One is on the search with, who he earlier thought was killed, and he gets depressed. This is a French movie, and I've only seen the English dubbed version; I don't understand how that sentence about her breasts could remind him of the little girl, since that only works in English.

Correction: I think they must have just adapted it to make better use of English: I saw the original French language release with subtitles and the woman's response to his remark is completely different: "People soon forget about little girls when I'm around.", understandably prompting his reaction.

Waiting to Exhale picture

Corrected entry: In the first part, Savannah goes to a dance to meet her blind date. As she is leaving we can see through an outside window couples dancing, but not to the beat of the music.

Correction: There appears to be two areas at this restaurant/club. There is very upbeat music playing in one area that is crowded with dancers and another area for slow, romantic dancing with less people outside the bar area.

Angus picture

Corrected entry: Angus looks for a tuxedo for the dance that will fit him and the only one is purple that he hates. During his Grandfather's wedding, he's wearing a black tuxedo that apparently fits him. Why doesn't he wear that one to the dance?

Correction: He wore the purple tuxedo to the dance because after his grandfather died, April (his Fiancé) brought Angus the things his grandfather left at April's house, and his grandfather apparently bought him the tuxedo to wear and left it at April's house, and after he was given the tuxedo, he most likely wore it in respect to his lost grandfather.

Circle of Friends picture

Corrected entry: During Minnie Driver's voiceover near the beginning of the film she talks about her Confirmation. However, the film shows her character as a young girl quite obviously having First Holy Communion. Confirmation usually occurs at the age of 13 or 14.

Correction: You can be confirmed even before your First Holy Communion in the Catholic church, which happens around age seven depending on the diocese. Benny may well have been confirmed before her First Communion.

Dead Presidents picture

Corrected entry: In the scene where they are counting the money they got away with, Larenz Tate says to be sure the one guys's share goes to his family. There were six people that were in on the robbery. Four got away, two died. When Chris Tucker punches the guy, the other says if they act up again he's going to shoot someone and they'll be spliting the money four ways. Where's the girl's portion going?

Correction: Recall that Delilah was from a church-going type of family. Had she been alive, perhaps she would've been able to explain where so much money came from to her mother, but no doubt that three former Marines and a small-time hustler would've had trouble explaining to Delilah's family where they came up with some twenty thousand dollars to just give away - not without possibly giving themselves away.

Nine Months picture

Corrected entry: When Samuel gets his ear pierced, it is done on his right ear. After the piercing scene, it is his left ear which sports an earring.

Correction: For the last time: the first ear-pierce scene was the actual face to face shot but the second image was an image in the mirror.

Nick of Time picture

Corrected entry: In the sequence where Johnny Depp shoots up the building, he shoots 6 times. This sequence is a continuation of the event previously, in which the secretary was shot. His weapon was a six shooter, yet in this sequence, he fires 7 shots.

Correction: Later in the movie, Gene says "Ma'am, I've never fired one of these before but I will if I have to." (meaning a gun) which means that obviously he wouldn't know how many shots he had. When Christopher Walken was strangling Gene, he blacked out and him making his way through the door was just a dream so he would not know if he had overused the shots because in a dream you have as many shots as you want. You can tell it was a dream because Brendan's friend afterwards said "put him down, put him down" meaning that Christopher was still strangling him. Even if this wasn't true, he didn't use 7 shots anyway because Christopher Walken shot the assistant with Gene's gun and then Gene stole Christopher's to shoot him and make his way through the room and hallway. So Gene's gun got 1 shot and Christopher's got 6 equaling 7.

Balto picture

Corrected entry: Thoughout the whole movie Balto's eyes are always changing colors, from green to red and red to green.

Correction: I think we can say with relative certainty that this is for effect.

Tom and Huck picture

Corrected entry: After Tom is threated with the knife by the bad guy he seemingly disappears from one shot to the next.

Correction: This was put in the movie on purpose to make the audience a little scared and to make the sceen spooky. That's why Tom looked around to see where he went.
