Visible crew/equipment: After Doctor Strange experiments with the magical doorway in the Sanctum Sanctorum, he leaves it on a desert view and we cut to a shot panning across all the artifacts. At the very start of the shot on the right hand side of the screen is a crewmember standing in the shadows looking bored. Really blatant if you turn up the brightness, but easy enough to spot if you know what you're looking at. (00:56:00)
Visible crew/equipment: As they notice something large pass through the woods, the camera pans from left to right You can see a blinking light to the right of the waterfall in the distance on the lake, which is something in the park in New Zealand. (00:36:50 - 00:37:30)
Suggested correction: The flashing light actually belongs to the rotating beacon light on top of the shuttle. This light is shortly after when the crew start to return before it explodes.
Visible crew/equipment: When water blurs the Father's word book, and the word deliveries appears, a woman appears to the right of him that appears to be a member of the camera crew, or possibly Irene, but she shouldn't be there either, because she is praying with imaginable nuns at that time. Visible crew/equipment: After Keanu finds Dr. Alistair Barkley dead on the lab floor and goes to attempt to revive him several shots show nobody else is around him, but straight after he starts to push on his chest a crew member can be seen stood over his right shoulder in a red top with a blue sleeve.

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene when Lou Costello is reading the narrative on Count Dracula we see the coffin door open and the candle on top of the box starts to descend. By the angle of the coffin door the candle would have easily fallen to the ground. If you look carefully you can see a thin black cord attached to the candle.
Visible crew/equipment: When the Muslim armies approach Brendan Gleason's castle there is a side shot of the Muslims army coming to a halt. You can see the marker stake with yellow tape at the top (used during production as a mark). (01:10:10)

Suggested correction: I've watched this scene a number of times on YouTube and I'm certain that this "crew member" is an extra. He is not wearing a T-shirt and shorts, his clothing is correct for an extra. There are also other extras sat cross-legged a few feet from him.
Visible crew/equipment: About one hour and fifty minutes in, the two stars get into a fight and are rolling around the floor. In at least one scene, a cameraman, with a handheld Panavision camera, is quite visible in the middle of the shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jake is in the bedroom with his wife (where he pours ice water on himself to calm down) you can see the top of some crew member's head in the foreground right below the camera lens.
Visible crew/equipment: A stock car carrying Mel Tillis and Terry Bradshaw drove into a hotel swimming pool. If you watch the car as it drives into the pool, you'll see the jump ramp built at the end of the pool.
