Visible crew/equipment: After the first scene showing the plane starting up its engines and turning around, we are shown another scene of rioters throwing slot machines out of a club. In the bottom centre of the screen you can see a silhouette of what looks to be a part of a jigsaw puzzle piece on the camera. The object must be on the camera because when the camera pans to the right and down, the silhouette stays in the same position in the picture. (01:42:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Bond tries to get the golden bullet from the belly dancer named Saheeda, some angry gangsters enter her dressing room. As they start destroying the place, you can see the crew in the mirror on the dressing table very clearly after one of the bad guys is knocked into it, nudging it out of position. (00:17:35)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Herb Edelman is explaining to Richard Jordan exactly whom Robert Mitchum is going to see, a microphone can be seen at the bottom of the screen, just under the low coffee table.

Visible crew/equipment: In the chase scene after the police cars hit the garbage truck, as the police are chasing Eleanor from right to left, there are two crew members in the middle of the road. One lying down on a mat, and the other one standing behind him.

Visible crew/equipment: When the musketeers are in the outer fortress having breakfast a bomb (like a hand grenade) gets stuck to a piece of bread. D'Artagnan throws the bread out the window and the camera zooms in as the bomb explodes. The explosion clearly begins inside the loaf several inches from where the bomb is stuck to the bread.

Visible crew/equipment: At the very end, when Thunderbolt snaps the celebratory cigar in half, in the next shot as the Cadillac pulls away, the reflection of crew is visible on the rear of the car.

Visible crew/equipment: Whilst walking through the market street, Celine turns around to see if Julie is still following her. The shot then cuts to Julie, still standing on the pavement and then begins to walk onto the road. Visible crew/equipment: In the apartment scene with Dustin Hoffman and Valerie Perrine, he prances in front of a vanity mirror, and a big boom microphone is right over his head, hanging deep into the shot, reflected in the mirror. The boom microphone is quickly retracted, so they knew they had made a mistake, but the shot remained in the finished film.
