Visible crew/equipment: Towards the end of the film when Billy runs at the top of the screen towards the exit of the jail, you can see the film crew at the bottom of the screen.
Visible crew/equipment: There's a scene in which someone goes into a phone booth to make a call. As the phone booth door closes you can see a reflection of the cameraman.
Visible crew/equipment: There is a scene where Michael Myers is hiding behind a hedge bush and Laurie and her friend go to investigate. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Brody approaches the group of teenagers on their smashed boats, the angle cuts to show Brody approaching seen as if from Cable Junction. At this point, there is a huge mistake. The teenagers' boats are clearly visible in the foreground, the kids have all completely vanished, and you can spot the cameraman standing on the boats quite clearly.
