Continuity mistake: During dinner, when Frank begins to sing Happy Birthday to Rocky, Magenta walks around the table serving the slices of "meat", but in Frank's closeup when he sits down Magenta is still standing beside him. (01:05:30)

Continuity mistake: At the start, when Cindy walks into the kitchen she sets her books down on the counter with the book's binding facing the sink, but in the closeup the book's binding now faces the opposite way, toward the stove. Additionally, the grocery bag which was on the counter right beside Carol, has been moved for the closeup so Carol is in full view, but the bag is now at the very edge of the counter near the stove, which is pretty odd since there's not enough counter there to actually hold the full grocery bag (presumably something else supported the bag off camera). Continuity mistake: April writes a note to Bobby on the back (note the clasp) of a manila envelope telling him about the stove being broken, but the next two times we see that note the writing is on the front of the manila envelope and the handwriting has changed. (00:22:15 - 00:33:25)

Continuity mistake: When Ricky's new agent insults the apartment building Ricky explains that Fred and Ethel are their best friends, and we see Lucy drop the toy train onto the chair and take hold of the jack-in-the-box toy (in the crook of her left arm) with her right hand, but when it cuts to the closeup the toy train is back in Lucy's right hand and the jack-in-the-box toy is once again held in her left arm. Continuity mistake: All the walls in Andy's room have white wainscoting with the cloud wallpaper on the upper part of the walls, but in the opening shot of the room we see behind the "saloon" box that the cloud wallpaper covers the wall all the way down to the baseboard. The tall dresser isn't where it should be as well. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: While Adam and Ted Hackett are talking on the front porch, in the exterior shot we can see the tablecloth inside the house is solid white, but in the interior shots the tablecloth has a red/white check type pattern. (00:31:15)

Continuity mistake: After Don leaves the bar, a few minutes later Frasier shouts at him, "Run, Don! Run like the wind!" and Rebecca is left sitting alone at the table crying, but when it cuts to the overhead shot of the bar we see Don is still sitting at the table, even though he left five minutes earlier. Continuity mistake: Just as "Martha - meet Frank, Daniel, and Lawrence" appears onscreen, we see Daniel and Martha's airplane take off, and when the airplane lands its tail/fin are entirely different. (00:07:00 - 00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: During the scenes in Andy's room, the light switch plate on the wall near the door vanishes and reappears in some shots.

Continuity mistake: When Andy has Woody slide down the banister there's a green/white striped rug directly in front of the door, but when the area of the floor in front of the door can be seen from the living room such as when Andy shouts, "Score," the rug is gone, then it reappears when Andy rushes back upstairs to get Molly. Continuity mistake: During the earlier scenes in Andy's room Molly's bottle is beside the lamp on the small wicker dresser near the crib, and it disappears and reappears, such as when Buzz wants to prove he can fly he stands on the bed's footboard and the bottle is gone, but it reappears when he lands on the race track. Continuity mistake: Near the start, when Andy uses the recliner chair's footrest to catapult Woody to the couch, the footrest remains extended while Andy's with his mother, but a moment later when Andy grabs Woody to head upstairs the recliner footrest has closed on its own. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: When Donnie goes down during his fight with Conlan, his position on the mat changes between the closeups and the long shot. (01:57:10)

Continuity mistake: The day after the fight in Tijuana, when Donnie's at his desk he's wearing a grey striped tie, but when Donnie walks into his boss' office he's wearing a navy tie with dots. (00:07:30)

Continuity mistake: After Jessica fails John's "test" detailing the crime scene photos on the bulletin board behind her, it cuts to Jessica back at her apartment. In the closeup we see Jessica polish off the glass of wine she's drinking, and in the next wideshot from behind she lowers the glass from her mouth, but in the next closeup her glass is half full, even though she never refilled the wine.
