After it cuts to Clonsky being hit by the bullet, when Gracie and the woman hit the ground the carriage is standing upright. Continuity mistake: When Gracie and Clonsky are at the bank, there is a tray attached to the handle of the carriage (with a sippy cup). After Gracie tells the "housewife" there's an agent in the carriage, in the shot facing Gracie as she tips the carriage, the tray comes loose. However, in the next shot the tray is still attached.
