Continuity mistake: While John's standing at the minivan's open rear door hitting the guy with the golf club, we can see that the van's rear-view mirror has been removed for this shot, but it's back in its place in following shots.

Continuity mistake: While the Smiths are hiding out in the small shed in Home Made, at one point Jane's glasses are folded and hanging from her neckline with the nose guards facing her right, but in the next shot the glasses are facing her left, then it's back to her right, and finally her left again.

Continuity mistake: When Peter and the Darling children land on the minute hand of Big Ben's clockface, in the first shot it's 8:15, note the hour hand is at the eight directly opposite the number two, but a few shots later when they fly off towards the sky note the hour hand is directly opposite the number one, which means it's 7:15. Continuity mistake: When Sallah rides up to the tank to rescue Henry we see Indy toss the whip over the side of the tank, but after the tank falls over the cliff, when Indy climbs back up then walks over to stand between Henry and Sallah the whip is coiled and back in its place, hanging from his belt. Continuity mistake: While Henry and Marcus are being held inside the tank, Indiana rides in circles and baits the tank to ram into one of the cars. In a following shot when we see Vogel walking toward the window inside the tank it's a flipped shot, note everything is backwards. Then two shots later, when Vogel shouts "quick" in German it's another flipped shot, and about five shots after that again flipped. (01:29:30)

Continuity mistake: While the Doctor, et al. Are in the pyramid with the Monks, when the Monk tells the Secretary General that if his consent isn't pure it will kill him, Xiaolian is standing right behind him in shots facing the Secretary General and shots facing the Monk, but in the one shot of the Secretary General as he's being vaporized Xiaolian has vanished, but Xiaolian is still standing in the same spot in the shot facing the Monk. Continuity mistake: When the Doctor, Bill, Nardole, et al. first see the pyramid their long shadows are cast directly in front of them, but when the Doctor decides to "bring it" and crosses the barrier, their long shadows are cast directly to their right. Continuity mistake: When Erica's eyeglasses get smashed, they're seen in a closeup inside her bag and the lens frame is cracked, but when she takes it out of her bag both lens frames are intact around the broken lenses. Also, when Erica takes the eyeglasses out of her bag she holds the eyeglasses' right temple in the closeup, but in the next shot it's the left temple being held up. (00:06:15)

Continuity mistake: After Gibbs burns the map in front of Barbossa it cuts to Jack waking up, and when he falls onto the floor this closeup is a flipped shot. Note the ring on Jack's right thumb which should be on his left, and all his hair trinkets are backwards.
Continuity mistake: After Carina tells Jack and the others that she's an astronomer which has nothing to do with donkeys, when Jack threatens to kill Henry in the shot facing him he's holding his left hand up pointing at Henry, but in the next shot facing Henry it's Jack's right hand up pointing at Henry.
Continuity mistake: Jack's knuckle tattoos on his right hand read "Jack" and the knuckle tattoos on his left hand read "Jakc" with the "k" at his ring finger and the "c" at his pinky. The ink intensity and letter style of his tattoos keep changing, and during the scene in the bank the "c" and "k" tattoos on his left hand have switched places, with the "c" at his ring finger and the "k" at his pinky.
Continuity mistake: On the guillotine platform, when they strap Jack to the bench which will support his body, we see the double prong buckle is attached to the short leather strap beside Jack's right arm, and they slide the long strap with holes through the buckle frame. However, in following shots when Jack is on the ground the double prong buckle is actually attached to the long strap, and it's the short strap with holes positioned within the buckle frame.
