Continuity mistake: After Antosis and the Imp Master are vanquished, in a following shot we see Phoebe wearing a robe and sitting on the bed, then we see her "Julie Bennett" reflection in the mirror, but notice that even though the style of the robe is the same, the colorful designs are quite different in the reflection. This happens again later when the sisters and Leo are seen in the mirror's reflection, as they undo the spell to reveal their true selves. (00:33:25)

Continuity mistake: After the opening credits, while Piper tries to persuade Paige to help with the speed dating at P3, in two shots facing the bed and in the shot facing the mirror showing the "Jaime and Jo Bennett" reflection, the lamp on the far side of the bed is turned on. When Leo is holding Chris he walks past the mirror, and in this reflection that lamp on the far side of the bed is turned off, but in the next shot facing the bed that lamp is on again. (00:04:55)

This is odd, because it's not until later after Leo heals Chris, that we even see Chris in the leather jacket. (00:03:10)

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is told that Jason asked not to be disturbed she decides to go in anyway, and right before she enters Jason's office the lace-up on the back of Phoebe's top is very loosely tied so we see a lot of skin, but when she's inside Jason's office the lace-up is tied quite tightly so only a bit of skin is seen. Continuity mistake: During the battle strategy meeting around the table, Sansa wears the long silver chain and circle neckwear, and the long chain changes the way it is placed through the circle. Sansa's chain is put through the circle in a way that's over and under in most shots, but when Jon explains that if the dragons are in the field they won't be able to protect Bran, the long chain is put through the circle the opposite way, under and over. In the first shot, the bus license plate is white with the number "2IAB345" and we see markings on the bus as the counselor exits. The second closer shot shows two kids exiting the bus. Then in the third wideshot, with those same two kids beside the door, the license plate is now blue with the number "876QPD" and we see the same markings on the bus as in the first shot, so we know it's the same bus.
