Continuity mistake: At the start of the road trip, when Bob tries to maneuver and turn the RV around on their street, the interior shots looking out and the exterior shots do not match up in consecutive shots, regarding the homes and gardens, etc that are seen. (00:13:45)

Continuity mistake: In the RV, when Bob turns around to glance at Cassie after the dishes fall on her, in the first shot his arm rest is up (look beside his right shoulder) as he faces her, but when he says, "My bad," the arm rest is down. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: In the RV, Jamie puts stacks of dishes away in the overhead cabinet - second from right, when Cassie moves Carl off the couch. When Bob makes the sharp right turn, the dishes pour out of the overhead cabinets, but the ones that come out of the second cabinet are not the same dishes that Jamie put away. (00:12:20 - 00:15:00)

Continuity mistake: When Bob drives up Diablo Pass and also when the RV teeters on the mountain, in the exterior shots the back curtains are closed, but in the interior shots they are wide open. (01:10:40)

Continuity mistake: After Bob comes home with the RV, when he and Jamie walk into the kitchen there is a butcher block cutting board laden with items, at the edge of the counter. Continuity mistake: When the Munros pick up Gretchen at her house, many shadows are cast on the lawn. Later, when they drop her off, the shadows are identical - they have not changed a bit. (00:03:20 - 00:05:25)

Continuity mistake: When Harry raises his hand with the captured Snitch, his back faces the Slytherin and Hufflepuff towers which are opposite each other, with the hoops between them. However, in the next shot he is now facing that side of the pitch, as other Quidditch players appear from that side. (01:23:25)

Continuity mistake: After Jack takes the heart out of the chest he hurriedly closes its lid, the locks engage, and the key's end remains in the horizontal position when Jack runs off. However, when Pintel and Ragetti grab the chest the key's circular end is now vertical - the key does not turn itself. (01:51:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tia Dalma asks, "Would you sail to the ends of the earth to fetch back witty Jack and his precious Pearl?" her lips are only partially covered in black. However, when she says, "Then you will need a captain who knows those waters," her lips are covered entirely in black.

Continuity mistake: Just after Flint leaps over the Weasley twin, in the next shot Flint tosses the ball forward - toward the hoop - with the school to his left (viewer's right) and Ravenclaw, Slytherine, Gryffindor and two staff (black/grey) towers behind him, to his right. However, in the next shot as the ball flies through the hoop (close-up), it is actually the hoop at the other side of the pitch - we see (in order) the Slytherine, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Gryffindor towers to the left of the screen. Continuity mistake: When Hermione shows Ron and Harry the Gryffindor Quidditch trophy, in the close-up of James Potter's name, Harry's reflection is visible on the badge. In the reflection, the points of his white shirt collar and a good portion of his tie are seen, whereas, in the shots facing Harry the collar points are tucked into his sweater and only the tie's knot is seen. Continuity mistake: Just after Slytherin scores ten points, Flint and his teammate surround Angelina. When one grabs the quaffle from Angelina, they fly past the second Gryffindor tower - we see the first Gryffindor tower, two staff towers (grey/black), Slytherin tower and the second Gryffindor tower behind them - then Angelina covers her head with her arm. However, in the next shot she actually crashes into the tower that she already flew past. (01:16:30)

Continuity mistake: At the hut on the rock, after Harry draws the candles in the dirt, he glances behind him at Dudley's watch. In the next close-up of the watch, as it turns 12:00, the watch is actually on Dudley's wrist (notice his fingers) the opposite way from the previous shot. Note the distinctive design around the watch face. (00:12:35)

Continuity mistake: After Will challenges Jones he is given five dice - one being considerably smaller than the other four. However, when Will looks under his cup during the game, all five dice are of similar size. (01:22:00)

Continuity mistake: When Pintel, Ragetti and the dog are aboard the row boat, extra rowlocks (wooden posts attached to the gunwale) appear behind Pintel when the dog jumps overboard, and then they disappear when the wave flips them over. (00:29:40)

Continuity mistake: When Jack sneaks away on the long boat, during the Kraken attack on the Pearl, there is a close-up of Jack looking back at the land, then picking up and dramatically opening the compass. However, in the previous shot showing the Pearl, the compass is actually seen at the bottom of the shot - already being held open. (02:02:45)

Continuity mistake: When Jack knocks the pirate's detachable head off with the coconut, the chest drops with the lock facing the ground and the lid's two hinges facing up. However, when Jack reaches the chest, it is the lock's side actually facing up now, before he turns the chest upright - with the lock facing him. (01:50:00)

Continuity mistake: Aboard the Flying Dutchman, when Will sneaks in to steal the key, as the shot draws closer to Jones the quills are shown on the organ keys - with one leaning over the keys. In the next shot, as Will reaches sleeping Jones, both quills are leaning away from the keys, and an extra quill stick (feather free) suddenly appears. (01:24:00)
