A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33
Continuity mistake: When the main characters have arrived on the base in the ocean, in the wide shot where Tristan is asking, "Just so I'm clear on this, you're good guys, right?", he is standing upright. When the shot cuts, his legs are more outstretched and bent slightly. (00:06:38)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33
Revealing mistake: When the captain is explaining that there is nothing they can do to stop Dartz, there is an exterior shot shown from above of the three ships in the ocean. The helicopter rotors on the middle ship are shown moving, indicating that this is not a still frame; the ships and the water turbulence caused by the ships remain completely still in the frame. (00:07:20)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 1 - S4-E33
Revealing mistake: When Yugi and Kaiba prepare to duel Dartz, they take out their decks and prepare to insert them into their duel disks. While Kaiba is holding onto his deck, the bottom card can be seen, and it is missing the illustrations. (00:12:07)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba asks Dartz, "Please tell me storytime is over? I'd like to duel," he is looking downwards. In the next shot, he is looking at Dartz. (00:02:55)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Continuity mistake: When Dartz first finds the stone and holds onto it, his fingers are all together. When the shot cuts to a close-up of the stone in his hand, some of his fingers are separated. (00:05:22)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Continuity mistake: Just before Kaiba summons Blade Knight, he places one card face down on the field. When he does this, his left hand is lowered to his stomach and pointed to the right. In the next shot, his left hand is raised. (00:13:53)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Character mistake: When Kaiba summons Blade Knight, he says, "Since I only have one card left in my hand, Blade Knight gets another 400 attack points." However, Kaiba has no other cards in his hand. Blade Knight was the last card in his hand before he summoned it. (00:14:00)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates the spell card Reflect Energy, a mini satellite appears on the wall behind Dartz. The satellite appears directly underneath the carving on the wall of a person whose soul was stolen by Dartz. The shot cuts to Yugi and Kaiba, but when it cuts back, the satellite has changed position and is now positioned in between two individual carvings. (00:14:34)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Other mistake: After Yugi activates De-Fusion, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon returns to Kaiba's side of the field. Seconds later, when Dartz is saying "and I assure you, it has nothing to do with teamwork or friendship," the Blue-Eyes White Dragon card can be seen on Kaiba's duel disk, instead of Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. (00:16:19)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Other mistake: When Yugi summons Big Shield Gardna, the Monster Card is shaded yellow. Monster Cards that are shaded yellow are Normal Monsters, meaning that they have no effect. However, Big Shield Gardna has an effect, meaning that it is an Effect Monster and should be shaded orange. (00:18:56)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Character mistake: When Kaiba activates the Ring of Destruction trap card, he says, "Your knights are only safe if your Mirror Knight Calling magic card is in play," to Dartz. However, the Mirror Knight Calling card was shaded blue when it was summoned, meaning it is a Ritual Monster and not a spell/magic card. (00:19:23)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 2 - S4-E34
Audio problem: When the knights are revealed to be Yugi, Joey, Mai and Pegasus, there is a shot of Tristan saying, "Let them go," before it pans downward to Pharaoh Yugi. When Tristan finishes the line, Tea's mouth begins to move as if she is saying something, but she is not heard saying anything. (00:20:08)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba instructs his monster to attack the Mai knight, Kaiba says, "Quiet, I'm not going to let some mind tricks stop me from winning this duel," when questioned about the decision. In this shot, he is directly facing the opposite side of the field. But in the next shot, his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:04:40)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Revealing mistake: After the Joey knight has blocked Kaiba's attack on the Mai knight, Kaiba says, "Figures Wheeler mess things up," and then inserts a card into one of the slots on his duel disk. The slots on the duel disks have always been shown to be aligned with monster card zones on the front of the duel disk, but when Kaiba sets the card, he inserts it in an area in between where the monster card zones are located, meaning he inserted the card in between the slots, rather than in one of the slots. (00:06:24)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says, "Now I can do what your Siamese donkey twins should've done last turn," to Dartz, he draws a card from his deck with his right hand. Kaiba then has his dragon attack the Joey knight, and the card in his right hand has disappeared. (00:09:14)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Revealing mistake: When the Yugi knight protects the Joey knight from Kaiba's attack, Tea says, "This time Yugi protected Joey." When Tea says this, her little finger is bent at an incredibly unnatural angle. (00:09:38)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: Just before Rafael drives past the two security guards, in the wide shot, Roland and the other security guard are turned away from each other. In the next shot, Roland is still turned away from the other guard, but the other guard has turned around and is facing the same direction as Roland. (00:11:10)

A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Revealing mistake: When Rafael confronts Dartz after arriving at the castle, in the shot of him saying "Don't answer that, I've heard enough lies from you, the Pharaoh opened me up to the truth," Yugi can be seen in the background of the shot, but his Millennium Puzzle is missing the designs that are usually shown on the front.
