Other mistake: During the duel with Marik's hunters, in the shot where Kaiba says "I hope you realise this is just the beginning of what my deck has in store for you", the spell card Pot of Greed can be seen in the monster zone on Kaiba's duel disk. First, Kaiba already activated this card so it should be in his graveyard. Second, since this card is a spell card, it should be in his spell and trap card zone and not his monster zone. (00:04:00)
Other mistake: Marik summons Slifer the Sky Dragon, which is featured on his side of the field for the entirety of the episode, but whenever his duel disk is shown, the Slifer the Sky Dragon card cannot be seen on it. Instead, there is just a spell card, which shouldn't be there, because spell cards are inserted into slots on the duel disk and are not placed in the monster card zone.
Other mistake: When Marik activates the spell card Pot of Greed, in the shot of him inserting the card into the spell/trap card slot, another version of the card can be seen in the monster card zone on his duel disk, even though it shouldn't be there. (00:06:30)
Other mistake: When Marik draws Worm Drake from his deck, the monster card is a Level 8 monster. Worm Drake is a Level 4 monster. (00:11:23)
Other mistake: When Yugi summons Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts, the attack and defence points display shows it to have 2100 defence points. This monster only has 1200 defence points, as shown on the card when Yugi summoned it. (00:10:55)

Other mistake: When Weevil's life points are reduced to 3250, it cuts to the laptop in Serenity's hospital room. The display shows Weevil's life point count going down to 3250 as well, but once the points stop reducing to 3250, there is a brief moment where Weevil's life point count suddenly switches to 0 at the end of the shot. Other mistake: When Joey says "Here goes nothing," there are no monster cards visible on his duel disk, even though he already has two monsters on his side of the field. (00:10:17)

Other mistake: After Weevil summons Insect Queen, the scene cuts to the laptop in Serenity's hospital room where the duel is being streamed. The display on the laptop of the duel shows no monster cards on Weevil's field, even though he just summoned Insect Queen. (00:08:30)

Other mistake: When Insect Queen is summoned to the field, the card is shaded yellow, indicating that it is a Normal Monster. However, Insect Queen has an effect that allows it to gain 200 Attack Points for every Insect Monster on the field, meaning that it is an Effect Monster and those types of monsters are shaded orange, not yellow. Other mistake: When Weevil summons Leghul to the field, the card is shown to have 350 defence points when it is placed on the duel disk. When the monster appears on the field, the attack and defence points display shows it to have 500 defence points. (00:17:47)

Other mistake: When Weevil is explaining the ability of Skull-Mark Ladybug, an image of the card can be seen passing across the screen. The card is shaded yellow, indicating that it is a Normal Monster (a monster card with no ability). However, this card has an effect that allows Weevil to gain 500 attack points, meaning that it is an Effect Monster and should be shaded orange. (00:11:22)

Other mistake: When Jinzo attacks Weevil's second face-down monster (whilst Kiseitai is attached to it), no monster cards can be seen on Weevil's duel disk, even though there should be one due to there being a face-down monster on his side of the field. (00:11:12)

Other mistake: When Jinzo attacks the face-down monster, the monster card is face-up on Weevil's duel disk even though it doesn't get revealed until a few seconds later. The card also appears to be at a vertical angle indicating that it is in attack mode, even though it was set in defence mode. (00:10:19)

Other mistake: After Yugi suggests to Arkana that he save himself and set them free, Arkana ignores this and goes ahead with his turn. He then places a card in one of the duel disk slots used for spell and trap cards and says, "Now I'll place one monster face down," but he was shown putting the card in his spell and trap card zone and not his monster zone. The Master of Magicians: Part 1 - S2-E11
Other mistake: When Arkana realises that he and Yugi must both discard the cards in their hands, there is a close-up shot of the cards in Arkana's hand while he says, "I was ready to summon my Dark Magician and destroy him." The monster card Obelisk the Tormentor can be seen as one of the cards in his hand, but Arkana doesn't have this card in his deck. Only Kaiba does. (00:17:50)

Other mistake: When Yugi is looking at the cards in his hand after Arkana summons Legion the Fiend Jester, Dark Magician can be seen as one of the cards in his hand. This version of Dark Magician appears to have the alternate artwork that Arkana's Dark Magician has, and not the original artwork that is usually shown on Yugi's version of the card. (00:17:29)

Other mistake: Joey uses the ability of Time Wizard to transform the Baby Dragon monster on his field into Thousand Dragon. When Joey's duel disk is shown after realising Jinzo was unaffected, he still has the Baby Dragon card on his duel disk instead of the Thousand Dragon card. (00:04:44)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 2 - S2-E10
Other mistake: At the start of the episode, Espa picks one of the cards he is holding in his hand. With his right hand, he puts his fingers on the top of the card, then rotates his hand 180 degrees and rotates the card 180 degrees in doing so. Then a close-up of the card is shown where it is right side up, meaning that the cards in his hand must have been upside down if the card was right side up after being rotated. (00:01:50)
Espa Roba: The ESP Duelist - Part 1 - S2-E9
Other mistake: When Joey draws his first set of cards, the spell card Graceful Dice can be seen as one of the cards in his hand. Later, on Joey's second turn, he draws the Graceful Dice card from his deck, meaning there should be two in his hand. When the cards in Joey's hand are next shown (at 0:10:25), there is only one Graceful Dice card, as well as one Skull Dice card. This is portrayed as Espa's brothers making a mistake, even though a Graceful Dice card was seen in his hand at the start of the duel. (00:05:08 - 00:09:35)
Other mistake: Just after the duel robot summons Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, in the shot of the duel robot says "Analysing tournament rulebook", a display of the robot's duel field is shown, and Blue Eyes White Dragon can be seen on it instead of Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon. (00:12:28)
