Other mistake: When Mai tells Yugi, "You just made your final mistake," it cuts to an overview shot where Yugi's life point count is 1350, even though at this point in the duel it should be 300. (00:06:03)

Other mistake: When Mai starts explaining why she lost to Joey, two copies of the trap card Shadow of Eyes and two copies of the monster card Harpie Lady can be seen on her duel mat, even though she has only played one of each. (00:02:57)

Other mistake: When Mai activates Rose Whip to raise Harpie Lady's attack points, the points are shown going from 2100 up to 2400. Harpie Lady had 1300 attack points and then gained 500 attack points from when Mai activated the spell card Cyber Shield earlier in the duel, so at this point, Harpie Lady should have had 1800 attack points, and then gone up to 2100. This is corrected to 2100 attack points every other time the points are displayed. (00:14:00)

Other mistake: When Yugi draws Summoned Skull from his deck, the spell card Rose Whip can be seen on the display of Mai's cards on the field in front of him. However, she doesn't activate this card until later in the episode. (00:08:45 - 00:14:00)

Other mistake: When Yugi summons Summoned Skull, the defence points are displayed as 2300. Summoned Skull has 1200 defence points every other time it is shown. (00:09:07)
Double Trouble Duel, Part 3 - S1-E21
Other mistake: Joey activates the monster card Copycat and uses its ability to activate the ability of the spell card Riyoku. This spell card allows him to take half of the brothers' life points and add it to his Black Skull Dragon. The brothers lose 450 life points each (totalling 900 points), but Black Skull Dragon only gains 800 attack points (from 3200 to 4000) instead of 900. (00:12:24)
Evil Spirit of the Ring - S1-E13
Other mistake: When the effect of Magician of Faith is activated, there is a shot from above that shows the card with the wrong attack and defence points. Magician of Faith has 300 attack points and 400 defence points, but in this shot, it has 2500 attack points and 2100 defence points. These are the same points as Dark Magician, but not Magician of Faith. (00:15:36)
Other mistake: When the security guard knocks over Tristan, he lands on the ground in front of him. The boy that he was grabbing onto before can be seen behind Tristan, and the guard lands in front of Tristan, but in the next shot, the guard walks over to the boy without Tristan being in the way. (00:04:35)
Other mistake: When Mako Tsunami is eating the fish, it remains intact whilst being eaten. He raises the fish to his mouth and is shown eating, but no bite marks are shown on the fish. (00:04:49)
