In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When Yugi summons Dark Magician (who is actually Mahad), Mahad is holding Dark Magician's staff. His hand is halfway along the staff after appearing. The shot then cuts to the Pharaoh, but when the shot cuts back, his hand is further up the staff. (00:04:35)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When the skeleton soldiers advance towards the main characters after reappearing, one of them is holding an axe. The axe blade is facing towards the main characters when it reappears, but when the shot cuts, the axe blade has turned around and is facing away from the main characters. (00:06:05)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When Zorc tells the main characters to surrender to the darkness, Joey's right arm is bent at the elbow, but when the shot cuts, his right arm is straight. (00:10:45)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh realises his name has appeared on the cartouche, he has two rings on his fingers. Then during the same shot, when he says "Yugi, it worked," he curls the two fingers he is wearing his rings on even further, obscuring them from view. The rings are shown in view again in the close-up of the cartouche. (00:12:55)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When Tristan asks, "So that's it? The big shot Lord of Darkness is gone?" and Joey replies, "Yep, thanks to this even bigger shot," Tristan is standing behind Yugi, to his left. But in the next shot, Tristan is standing behind Yugi directly. (00:16:10)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba asks the main characters when they are going to give that lame friendship speech, Tristan replies, "When you stop pretending everything is a magic trick." Yugi is standing with his side facing Kaiba, and his head is turned to the right to face him. Also, Tea has her back to Kaiba and turns her head to face him. When the shot cuts, Yugi and Tea are facing Kaiba directly. (00:18:10)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh bids farewell to Seto, Seto replies, "Pharaoh, are you all right?" while raising his arms slightly in a moment of surprise. When the shot cuts, his arms are lowered. (00:19:30)

In the Name of the Pharoah - S5-E35
Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh gives Seto the Millennium Puzzle, just as he says, "Please preserve my father's dream and maintain peace in Egypt," he raises the puzzle, and the hand that he is holding it with is rotated at an angle. But in the next shot, his hand is upright. (00:19:50)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters arrive back in the present, Yugi lifts his Millennium Puzzle to ask the Pharaoh if he's there. When he does this, the fingers on his right hand are tilted, but in the close-up of the puzzle, his fingers are level. (00:02:25)

Revealing mistake: When Joey asks Tristan, "Embarrassed 'cause you nearly destroyed the world as we know it?", the Millennium Puzzle is drawn incorrectly; the eye on the front side of the puzzle is way too high up and not in the centre where it is usually shown. (00:02:59)

Continuity mistake: After Tea goes to help Joey and Tristan carry Bakura, the Millennium Key and Millennium Scale are shown lying on the ground. The Millennium Key is placed on a floor brick that becomes a bigger brick when the shot cuts. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tea goes into Yugi's room, there are cards on the desk. The cards (specifically the cards around his deck) change position when it cuts to a closer shot of the desk. (00:14:55)
Revealing mistake: When Yugi gets off the boat and sees everyone standing on the dock, Solomon can be seen to the left of the shot with his right arm randomly raised in the air. There is no reason for him to be doing this and he remains completely still while doing so. There is a painted-over freeze frame a few seconds later which shows both of his arms in the air and cheering, which may explain why his right arm was raised in the earlier shot even though he wasn't cheering at that point. (00:20:19)

The Final Duel: Part 1 - S5-E37
Continuity mistake: When the main characters are walking to the tomb, in the wide shot, Bakura and Kaiba are walking next to each other. But in the next shot, Kaiba is behind Bakura. (00:02:00)

The Final Duel: Part 1 - S5-E37
Revealing mistake: When Joey asks Tea, "You gotta use the little girl's room?", after she stops walking, Bakura's mouth is missing from his face. (00:02:26)

The Final Duel: Part 1 - S5-E37
Continuity mistake: When Tea stops walking while going down the stairs, just after Yugi turns around, Devlin is standing behind Tea on her left. But in the next shot, Devlin is standing behind Tea on her right. (00:02:26)

The Final Duel: Part 1 - S5-E37
Continuity mistake: Yugi raises his left forearm to his face when he activates his duel disk. Then the shot cuts, and his forearm is lowered. (00:06:08)

The Final Duel: Part 2 - S5-E38
Continuity mistake: Just before Silent Swordsman goes from Level 3 to Level 4, in the shot of Yugi saying "Since it's my turn, my Swordsman moves up in the world," the Swordsman's sword is raised. The next shot shows the Swordsman changing from Level 3 to Level 4, and the sword is no longer raised. (00:09:05)

The Final Duel: Part 2 - S5-E38
Other mistake: Yugi activates Mirage Spell, which allows him to gain life points equal to the amount that Slifer the Sky Dragon was going to take from Valkyrion the Magna Warrior. Yugi's life points are then shown going from 850 up to 3400. However, Yugi's life points before this were 1400, not 850. He even says it increases his life points by 2000. (00:10:08)

The Final Duel: Part 2 - S5-E38
Continuity mistake: After Yugi has activated Mirage Ruler, Pharaoh says, "I have no choice but to end my turn now." When he says this, Yugi's right arm is at his side. When the shot cuts to focus on him, his right forearm is extended. (00:14:07)
