Clash in the Coliseum: Part 3 - S3-E34

Character mistake: When Yugi discards the last card in his hand after activating Spell Textbook, Slifer the Sky Dragon's attack points go from 1000 to zero. This makes Kaiba say, "Now that Slifer's attack points are zero, you'll lose the duel." However, at this point, Yugi has 3000 life points and Kaiba's Obelisk has 4000 attack points, so Kaiba still would have been able to win the duel if Slifer had 1000 attack points, as there would have been a 3000 point difference between the two monsters. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Continuity mistake: When Marik says he needs to make sure Kaiba's link to his Millennium Rod doesn't interfere with his plan, his left hand is positioned right below the two loops near the top of the rod. It then fades to a closer shot of the Millennium Rod, and his hand is suddenly away from the two loops. (00:09:54)

Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Other mistake: When Kaiba sets the trap card Cloning face down on the field, he has five cards in his hand. On Kaiba's next turn, he still only has five cards in his hand, even though duelists are supposed to draw one card from their decks at the start of their turn. (00:10:20 - 00:11:29)

Clash in the Coliseum: Part 4 - S3-E35

Other mistake: Kaiba activates the spell card Card of Demise, which allows him to draw cards from his deck until there are five cards in his hand (as long as he discards his entire hand after five turns). Once he has five cards in his hand, he summons the monster card Lord of Dragons from his hand, which should bring the total number of cards in his hand down to four, but instead he has three cards in his hand, instead of four. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 5 - S3-E36

Other mistake: Kaiba activates The Flute of Summoning Dragon, which allows him to summon any Dragon-type monster from his hand. At this point, he has four cards in his hand. He then holds up two Blue-Eyes White Dragon monster cards in his right hand, but there also appear to be four cards in his left hand, even though there should now be two instead of four. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 6 - S3-E37

Other mistake: When Kaiba says "This is where it all ends, Yugi," a Blue Eyes White Dragon monster card can be seen on his duel disk. At this point, the only monster on his field is Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, so Blue Eyes White Dragon shouldn't be on his duel disk. The same mistake happens again when Kaiba says "No, I need my Ultimate Dragon to win the duel," right after Yugi activates De-Fusion, before the three White Dragons reappear on the field. Clash in the Coliseum: Part 6 - S3-E37

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba draws the Absorb Spell card from his deck, in the close-up shot, he has his thumb pressed against the front of the card and two fingers pressed against the back. In the next shot, he has one finger against the front and one finger against the back. (00:14:50)

Battle for the Bronze: Part 1 - S3-E38

Continuity mistake: When the duel starts, in the shot of Joey saying "I've got a duel to win," Tea can be seen standing next to Yugi. A minute later, when Yugi says "I'd say he has a good chance at finally defeating Kaiba," Tea cannot be seen next to Yugi. Then, two shots after that, Tea can be seen standing next to Yugi again.
