Smallville

Jinx - S4-E7

Continuity mistake: When the offensive line is first shown, as they sit on the bench, the shot is of them from behind. In that shot the team jersey numbers are in this order 89, 46, 8, 66, 1. Then the camera view changes to be in front of the players only now going from the players left to their right is 99, 46, 8, 66, 89.

Velocity - S3-E13

Continuity mistake: After Dante says "...if you want to turn that tortoise into a hare just give me a call." he walks off and the shot follows him as he walks all the way over to a black car and starts to work on it. The shot returns to Clark and Pete and Dante is shown walking away again on the left side of the screen.

Ryan - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: Nell meets up with Lana to talk to her about moving to Metropolis. We see Lana going up to Nell while riding a horse. She then stops and is about to dismount when they cut to another angle but now Lana is dismounting yet again.

Ryan - S2-E8

Continuity mistake: At Ryan's surprise welcome back party, Clark puts his right hand over Ryan's shoulder as he asks him "you knew about this didn't you?" Cut to a different angle as Ryan responds "I was tempted too" but now Clark's hand is no longer on Ryan's shoulder. Cut to Clark then back to Ryan and now Clark's hand is back on Ryan's shoulder.

Forsaken (1) - S3-E21

Continuity mistake: As Pete gets into his car the shadow from the car is extending out away from the passenger side of the car. As Pete starts to drive off, just a few seconds later, the shadow is now extending out past the back of his car.

Forsaken (1) - S3-E21

Audio problem: After Clark asks Lana to have dinner with him, and she says it's not such a good idea, the camera shot changes so that Lana is on the right side of the shot. In that shot Lana's mouth is moving like she is talking to Clark only you don't hear what she is saying.

Asylum - S3-E9

Revealing mistake: When Clark split's the fence at Belle Reve, just before he pulls it apart you can see the breakaway part of the fence. It is a silver color compared to the gray of the actual fence and runs vertically in front of Clark and between where he puts his hands.

Obsession - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: While Alicia is in Clark's bed she says "I know you wanted to kiss me, Clark." and while she says this her hand is on Clark's face. The very next shot shows her hand is nowhere near his face.

Fever - S2-E16

Continuity mistake: The position of Clark's sleeve to the tourniquet change between shots. When Dr. Bryce first ties the tourniquet she does so at about an inch from the end of the sleeve. In the next shot, as Clark lies unconscious and nobody touches his sleeve, the tourniquet is tied around the sleeve and no longer on his skin. Just before Dr. Bryce sticks the needle in it's back to being an inch from his sleeve.

Zero - S1-E14

Continuity mistake: The lime slices on the side of Lex's and Amanda's drinks, in Club Zero, change position between shots.

Facade - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: When Lois is strapped down on the cosmetic table, as she is struggling to free herself, the position of the strap that is holding her down over her chest, keeps changing how far on/off it is, on her breasts, between different shots.

Facade - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: When Clark first finds the necklace in the shower drain it is all in a single line with no loops or overlaps except at the very end. As Clark picks the necklace up it now has several loops and overlaps all along the chain and not just at the end where the clasp is.

Nicodemus - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: When Chloe is first asking Pete and Clark the questions for her poll you can see that the top page on her clipboard is yellow. Then she shows it to Lana and the camera gives you a nice big shot of the front piece of paper and it is white. When Chloe says "its unleashing the inner Lana." the front of the clipboard is shown again and now the paper is yellow.

Phoenix (2) - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: As Morgan Edge hands Lionel the bag with the mason jar of blood the camera is on Lionel's side and bag has a very neatly folded flap to keep the top closed. As Lionel takes the bag, while the camera is on Edge's side, the opening is wrinkled and not folded shut as it was before.

Skinwalker - S2-E10

Plot hole: Chloe says the coroner found teeth marks on the foreman's bones. During the attack, at the beginning of the episode, the foreman only got a couple of scratches on his face and the rest of his clothes were perfectly fine and hadn't, in any way, been torn up. It would have taken the wolf tearing through the clothes, through the skin and, finally, through the muscle to leave any teeth marks on the foreman's bones and that did not happen.

Fever - S2-E16

Continuity mistake: Just before Dr. Bryce removes the vial she unties the tourniquet and the straps are completely off of Clark's arm. In the shot of Clark after that, as Dr. Bryce looks at the vial, she unties the tourniquet again.

Sneeze - S6-E2

Continuity mistake: When Clark blows out the barn doors, they go out at a fairly low angle to the ground. But when they come down next to Lois they drop down straight out of the sky.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: The pieces of the barn and door blown off are on screen for a second or less and don't travel far enough on screen for you to predict their trajectory. They could have easily been moving upwards without being able to tell. The barn door travelled far enough that it would have risen higher into the air.

Bishop73

Shimmer - S1-E10

Lana Lang: That's the thing about Clark Kent. He's not always there when you want him... But he's always there when you need him.

Whisper - S3-E10

Question: In the episode, 'Whisper', there is a character that makes a very high pitched feedback like noise. Is this a character that was in the old comics and can anyone tell me how this guy does that noise?

Answer: No, there is no such character in the comics. He's a "meteor-freak" like all the other baddies on the show. The sound has something to do with him vibrating his vocal cords very fast to create a high-pitched squeal.
