Smallville

Plastique - S8-E2

Continuity mistake: When Clark exits the phone booth wearing his blue shirt, only the neck button is unbuttoned in the wide shot. Immediately in the next close-up shot, two buttons are undone. Then in the next shot of Clark's front side, the shirt is back to only the neck button being undone. (00:02:27)

Turbulence - S8-E16

Other mistake: In the article about the plane crash, the last paragraph starts to repeat the same sentence. After is says Mercer took over the operation, it repeats that she started in collaboration with Lex.

Bishop73

Infamous - S8-E15

Character mistake: When Davis sees Lois' article about Clark, the second column contains a grammatical error; in her description of his upbringing with Jonathan and Martha, the possessive "Kent's" should be the plural "Kents."

Plastique - S8-E2

Other mistake: After Clark enters the phone booth, he begins to change out of his red shirt. The phone booth is mostly frosted glass, but it is possible to make out that Clark only becomes bare-chested before the next shot when he comes out of the phone booth with the blue shirt on. (00:02:14)

Season 8 generally

Plot hole: Though it fits the general plot of Davis always being first on scene, in the real world no on-duty paramedic drives the ambulance alone. There will always be a minimum of two EMTs per ambulance, one to drive and one to tend the patient. The only time a paramedic or other EMT will be alone is if they arrived on the scene in their own vehicle.

Trespass - S6-E14

Martha Kent: Clark? What are you still doing out here?
Clark Kent: Well, I'm still doing my chores.
Martha Kent: Well, you usually finish those in about two minutes. How is it that I drove to Metropolis, attended the Children's Foundation dinner, and made it back before you finished?
Clark Kent: Because I'm doing them the normal way.

Whisper - S3-E10

Question: In the episode, 'Whisper', there is a character that makes a very high pitched feedback like noise. Is this a character that was in the old comics and can anyone tell me how this guy does that noise?

Answer: No, there is no such character in the comics. He's a "meteor-freak" like all the other baddies on the show. The sound has something to do with him vibrating his vocal cords very fast to create a high-pitched squeal.
