Also, Hermes waves the two stacks of cards. The stack in his right hand has a red envelope in it that changes to white in the wide shot.

Continuity mistake: When Bender starts serving the bird for everyone, you see a chair between Fry and Tinny Tim. In the closer shot, Bender is in between Fry and Tinny Tim where the chair should be.

Continuity mistake: In Leela's "What If" experience, the Cute Witch's wand suddenly goes from clutched in front by both hands to held out to the left side in a split second.
Continuity mistake: When Fry, Leela, and Bender make it back to the ship, Fry's hair is messed up. When the bee is unfolding itself, Fry shouts "Look out!" and his hair isn't messed up. Then when he says the bee will have to go through him, his hair is messed up again.

Continuity mistake: At the end, the Were-car skids sideways and flips into the furnace. From the outside, it lands upside down in the furnace. A second later, it's right side up.

Other mistake: When Lrrr is looking at his reflection in the clothing store, the necklace he's wearing is seen as it appears normally, not reversed as a mirror image should be.

Audio problem: When Hermes says "If I know parallel Hermes-1, HE'S IN THE SUN BY NOW!" and when Amy-A says "Is it a kind of hairspray?" their mouths don't match what they are saying.

Continuity mistake: When Leela's parents call Fry on her "wrist thingie", we see it has clamps on the back that go like "up down up down" but in the middle of the sequence they change to "up down down up". (00:12:50)

Continuity mistake: When Fry is being emperor and Leela is questioning his actions, there is a water being with a yellow mouth cover. Later, there is a pink mouth cover on that being.

Continuity mistake: In the scene around the table, Leela is holding a lilac coloured cup. This changes to a red coloured cup later in the scene. (00:04:05 - 00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: Early in the swim to the ocean, salmon Scruffy is eaten by Zoidberg. Later, during the the swim back to the stream, Scruffy is seen with the group, just behind Leela and Fry.
Continuity mistake: When Bender enters the officer's bar, he has two medals on his chest. In the last shot of him they have both disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When the TV first loses transmission and fills with static Fry taps it and it tunes back in, he then does his Fonz impression facing the sofa, it then cuts and he's facing the TV. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: When Fry uses the ship engines to dry his hair, the Planet Express ship has rotated 90 degrees from the previous shots. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: When Fry asks the Professor his 'What if?' question there are two shots from behind showing Scruffy and one shot in front. From behind, Scruffy has a brown moustache and a grey hat, but from the front he has his usual grey moustache and brown hat. (00:14:20)
Roswell That Ends Well - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: Leela sets fire to the Professor's tie in the white goods store - later in the Malt Shop, his tie is completely intact.
Continuity mistake: Zoidberg holds the airlock open with his claw while lying on the floor. As the door lifts up and opens Zoidberg is stood up and first through the door.
Answer: Yes Leela knew from early on that Fry had feelings for her. They were pretending to be a couple in 'A Flight to Remember' from season 1 and Fry tried to get on dates with Leela ever since. She just didn't show signs of the feelings maybe being mutual before some of the later episodes.
