Continuity mistake: As Fry is looking for the atomic tiara he's in Leela's room. Before he goes through the drawers there are three of them, but when it cuts there are two drawers. (00:14:50)
Continuity mistake: When Bender's cans first drop out of his jacket onto the floor, the number of extra items on the floor increases when the security cameras are looking down on him. (00:04:55)
I, Roommate - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Bender sits beside Fry on the couch, Bender's sitting at the end with his arm on the rest. When Fry says 'Leela, we're trying to watch TV' Bender's moved to the middle of the couch. The garbage next to Fry and the contents on the table also change in this scene. (00:03:35)
Put Your Head on My Shoulder - S2-E10
Continuity mistake: When Fry and Amy are kissing inside the closet the items on the shelf behind them change between the shots. This also happens later when they are breaking up in the closet. (00:07:10 - 00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: When the professor puts the empathy chip to Bender's head, his grip on the pincers change between the shots. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: After killing Bender, Leela puts the microwave sideways on the kitchen bench. When it cuts it's placed normally against the wall. (00:11:10)
Love's Labors Lost in Space - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: We can see that the door of the cargo area is nearly on the ground. How come Fry can then run out of the same door and then fall out of the door near the top of the ship? (00:17:00)
Continuity mistake: When Bender makes the joke about where the professor would be without all the students who love and respect him, we see the professor sitting with nothing in front of him on the table. When it cuts, two glasses and a blue cup suddenly appear. (00:02:35)
Bender Should Not Be Allowed on TV - S5-E15
Other mistake: When Fry says "Hey Bender" 3 times he then picks up the phone and says "Hey Bender" but watch carefully and you'll see he doesn't pick up the phone he just reaches out and suddenly has it.
Continuity mistake: Fry reads his speech from the back of his arm, but the writing disappears afterwards e.g. when the emperor appears in his stomach. (00:14:05)

Continuity mistake: Before Hermes does the limbo under the flying file holders he drops his white shirt off. When it cuts there is no sign of the shirt on the floor. (00:19:05)
I, Roommate - S1-E3
Continuity mistake: When Bender and Fry are at the bar, Bender has four glasses and a cigar in front of him on the table when he says, "Cheer up, meat bag. You barely touched your amoeba." When it cuts, from behind Bender the cigar is missing. (00:04:35)
Saturday Morning Fun Pit - S7-E19
Continuity mistake: Both times the Globetrotter turns the cloning machine on, after the shot goes to a wide view, the knob is pointed to the OFF position, but the machine works anyway.
Where No Fan Has Gone Before - S4-E12
Continuity mistake: When the Planet Express Ship first lands on the planet, it crashes with noticeable damage. When they try to sneakily escape while the screen play is going on (before they get the parts from the Star Trek ship), the damage is repaired.
Answer: Yes Leela knew from early on that Fry had feelings for her. They were pretending to be a couple in 'A Flight to Remember' from season 1 and Fry tried to get on dates with Leela ever since. She just didn't show signs of the feelings maybe being mutual before some of the later episodes.
