Continuity mistake: When they arrive at the gates there are two slugs with clothing on the one on the left has lighter skin than the one on the right, but when they show the next shot they have changed places.
Continuity mistake: After destroying the toy spaceship Bender place the hammer on the ground in front of him. When it cuts the hammer has changed position. (00:00:55)
Continuity mistake: When talking about El Chupakneebra with the Sewer People, the characters are standing in front of a building with a blue sign reading "Cleaners". But in the shot where Leela explains how Nibbler loves fresh crocodile, the writing on the sign changes to a completely different, much narrower, style.

Continuity mistake: When Leela is found on the door step she has a bracelet on her wrist but in the next shot it is gone.

Answer: The initial number is 0101100101 = 357. When reflected in a mirror, however, it reads 1010011010 = 666 (the number of the Beast). It is a parody of The Shining, where the words Red Rum are seen as the word murder in the mirror.
