Factual error: When you are facing Lance in the champion room, he uses three Dragonites in the battle. Two of them are at level 47, and the other one is level 50. However, Dragonair only becomes Dragonite at level 55.

Plot hole: Near the beginning of the game, you tell a policeman the name of a boy who has stolen a Pokemon. If you click 'end' straight away, the officer will say 'OK, so SILVER was his name'. Even though this is a default setting of the game that is chosen when you press 'END', there is nothing in the story to explain how he knows the name of the boy.

Trivia: There are some secret trainers near Goldenrod City. To get to them, surf on the water next to the Daycare House. Keep going down until you reach land. These trainers have nothing special, they just train your Pokemon and give you money. However, the trainer facing up will give you Soft Sand after defeating her, which ups the power of ground moves. There is also some rare candy on the island a bit further up. It is in a tree.

Factual error: When you reach the champion in Pokemon Gold, you have to defeat his Pokemon. His 4th one, Aerodactyl, knows the move Rock Slide. Aerodactyl cannot learn this move, and it does not appear as a TM in this generation.

Cars 2 (2011)

Plot hole: There is no reason for there to be sinks in the bathrooms. The cars may be able to use sinks just as they use toilets, but in the bathrooms they are too small and too inaccessible for any use.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when Bart, Lisa and Maggie greet their parents Bart says that they were in the Green Room (a room where the cast of a show can relax when not performing) and comments that '[he] ate so much shrimp!' This conflicts with the episode 'Please Homer, Don't Hammer 'Em', where it is revealed that Bart is allergic to shrimp.

The Prisoner (2009)

Anvil/Darling - S1-E2

Character mistake: When the wife of Lennie James (number 147) says to her husband 'You left the door open' (just after the incident with their daughter), this is wrong. Rewind a few minutes and you will see that there are 3 people: 6, 313 and 147. 147 leaves when his wife says 'Cake's out of the oven!', leaving 6 and 313. 313 leaves, with 6 alone. Then Number 6 leaves the backyard with the door open. Even if she meant the door to the house, he would have to go through it last.
