Continuity mistake: When Danny shoots Mickey, you can see Stacey's handbag is on the back of a chair. However, in subsequent shots it is now on the bar, even though Stacey doesn't go anywhere near the chair to get it.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Mickey walks into the urinals trying to steal the videotape, he has the phone in his hand calling the switchboard. He then puts it into his hand and turns the taps on. He washes his hands and leaves the urinals without the phone in his hand. Then, in the next shot, he walks through the door with the phone in his hand and puts it into his pocket. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: When Mickey seduces the MI5 agent, when she says to him, "You know she wanted to screw you?", Mickey has his hands on his hips. However, in the covert video recording of that same meeting (shown at the end of the episode), Mickey now has his arms crossed at the same point she makes that comment. (00:32:44 - 00:53:10)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the final glass on the tray shifts position. First, it's directly at the front of the tray in the middle, but then it shifts to being on the left-hand side. The position of the cork and the foil also shifts. (00:57:44)
Continuity mistake: When Ash walks up to the machine we see that, after he puts his card in, the screen is black/off. When he hits the screen there is a split-second clip of the screen looking out at Ash with green text on it. In the next shot the screen is back to black.
Continuity mistake: In the final con scene at the private gambling club, Danny and Mikey are arguing about handing over the money to the guy conned at the very start of the show. Mickey punches Danny in the face, causing a split lip. The location of the blood on Danny's chin changes during the split shots.
The Henderson Challenge - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: Albert puts the final £1 coin on top of a stack of banknotes. However, in following shots, the coin has disappeared from the stack. (00:51:25)
Continuity mistake: In the dream sequence, Danny karate-kicks Shiro in the chest, knocking him backwards. You'd expect Shiro to land on his back if he's kicked in the chest and is falling backwards. However, in the next shot, he somehow lands on his stomach instead.
New Recruits - S5-E2
Continuity mistake: When the gallery is initially shown, it is covered with red banners. When it is shown at the end of the episode, the banners have vanished. (00:45:17 - 00:57:15)
Gold Finger - S8-E1
Continuity mistake: When talking to Sean, Ash says that Liverpool play like a "bunch of girls" (not realising Sean is recording him saying this). However, when Sean subsequently plays the tape, in the recording Ash now describes a team as playing like a "load of girls" instead.
Continuity mistake: The scene where Danny is lying on the sofa in the flat listening to music. Stacey throws down an envelope of money onto his chest. The banknotes spill considerably out of the envelope in the first shot. Two shots later and without either Danny or Stacey having touched the money, the banknotes are mysteriously tucked back inside the envelope.
Continuity mistake: Stacie is calling an ambulance, holding the phone in her right hand. In the following shot, the phone is in her left hand. (00:03:45)
Continuity mistake: As Victor and Mickey are talking in Victor's office, Victor has his feet placed on his desk. He then removes them and leans forward to speak to Mickey. In the next shot, his feet are suddenly on the desk again. (00:11:50)
Return of the Prodigal - S5-E1
Continuity mistake: During Albert's flashback explanation of how he got caught cheating at cards, a blonde girl is sitting at 90 degrees to him at the table. Then, in the next shot, she's sitting right next to him.
Continuity mistake: Shiro cuts Stacey's right cheek with his sword, drawing blood. However, in subsequent shots, Stacey's cheek is completely unmarked, and there is no sign of any cut or blood. (00:32:46 - 00:33:58)
Continuity mistake: When Danny and Stacey walk into the Human Resources office, a shot of the woman behind the desk shows the glass countertop has nothing on it. However, when Stacey spins the monitor around, a mouse suddenly appears in the next shot on the glass countertop. (00:30:05)
Continuity mistake: When Mickey and Ash are sitting with Wendy in the restaurant, Mickey deliberately knocks over the jug of milk, causing a puddle of spilt milk. However, when the wide shot of the three characters is then shown, the jug is upright, and there is no puddle of spilt milk. (00:42:46)
The Henderson Challenge - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: Albert tricks Eddie into having a large "X" drawn on his forehead in permanent marker when they're sitting in the bar. Shortly afterwards, when they're in the flat waiting for the crew to arrive, it's completely vanished with no trace of ink left. There's no way Eddie could have scrubbed it all off and left no trace—permanent marker takes a couple of days to fade completely from skin, even with regular washing.
Suggested correction: There are solvents that would remove the mark in seconds. A bar owner would keep them in stock in order to deal with graffiti.
