Continuity mistake: When Danny shoots Mickey, you can see Stacey's handbag is on the back of a chair. However, in subsequent shots it is now on the bar, even though Stacey doesn't go anywhere near the chair to get it.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the final glass on the tray shifts position. First, it's directly at the front of the tray in the middle, but then it shifts to being on the left-hand side. The position of the cork and the foil also shifts. (00:57:44)

Other mistake: When Mickey first opens the newspaper to show the article on Fielding and Wood, in fact the article just repeats the same first three paragraphs of text again and again. (00:01:51)
Continuity mistake: In the final con scene at the private gambling club, Danny and Mikey are arguing about handing over the money to the guy conned at the very start of the show. Mickey punches Danny in the face, causing a split lip. The location of the blood on Danny's chin changes during the split shots.

Continuity mistake: During Albert's flashback explanation of how he got caught cheating at cards, a blonde girl is sitting at 90 degrees to him at the table. Then, in the next shot, she's sitting right next to him.
Factual error: Emma steals what is allegedly a "private ambulance", which is a small courier-style van. No ambulance - regardless of whether it's NHS or private - would ever be a van of such a small size. It's completely unsuitable both in terms of kit and in terms of transportation. On top of all that, you can see on the van where it states "Co-Operative Funeral Care", and the producers forgot to cover it up. (00:16:35)

Other mistake: Don Coleman transfers £500,000 to the team's bank account. However, when Albert and Sean are looking at the bank account screen, it shows an opening balance of £1. After Coleman's money has been transferred in, the display updates to show £500,000. However, if there was already an opening balance of £1, the updated balance after Coleman's transfer should have read as £500,001. (00:55:31)

Continuity mistake: When the gallery is initially shown, it is covered with red banners. When it is shown at the end of the episode, the banners have vanished. (00:45:17 - 00:57:15)

Revealing mistake: Eddie's bar has just burned down, and everything is ruined. However, the glasses above the bar are pristine and clean. At the very least, they'd be blackened and smeared by the smoke and soot, even if the heat of the fire hadn't destroyed them. (00:10:28)
Continuity mistake: Stacie is calling an ambulance, holding the phone in her right hand. In the following shot, the phone is in her left hand. (00:03:45)

Getting Even - S4-E3
Factual error: Ash gives Albert a slip of paper with Lily's home address, including a postcode of WC2E. That postcode is in Central London, but the house Albert then goes to is somewhere far more suburban, a long way from WC2. (00:50:21 - 00:55:22)
Continuity mistake: When Danny and Stacey walk into the Human Resources office, a shot of the woman behind the desk shows the glass countertop has nothing on it. However, when Stacey spins the monitor around, a mouse suddenly appears in the next shot on the glass countertop. (00:30:05)
Continuity mistake: When Mickey and Ash are sitting with Wendy in the restaurant, Mickey deliberately knocks over the jug of milk, causing a puddle of spilt milk. However, when the wide shot of the three characters is then shown, the jug is upright, and there is no puddle of spilt milk. (00:42:46)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Danny is lying on the sofa in the flat listening to music. Stacey throws down an envelope of money onto his chest. The banknotes spill considerably out of the envelope in the first shot. Two shots later and without either Danny or Stacey having touched the money, the banknotes are mysteriously tucked back inside the envelope.
