Continuity mistake: At the beginning during the bridge jump scene, the A-Team van changes. It suddenly has round headlights, its hub caps can be seen popping off when it lands, and it doesn't have any spotlights. The real van has double square shaped headlights, steel spoked rims, and spotlights.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene when John is going to the refrigerator, a white skull can be seen on the left side of the kitchen table amongst all Sherlock's science equipment. When he closes the refrigerator door again after discovering the severed head, the skull has disappeared. As he's leaving the kitchen, the skull reappears.
Continuity mistake: When Joker zaps Wonder Woman and her mother, they are both standing in front of their thrones and fall forwards. But when Wonder Woman stands back up, her mother, still unconscious, is suddenly off to the side and behind the thrones.
Continuity mistake: When Batman starts the Bat-Turn, the parachutes are shown deploying on a 6-lane major roadway (3 lanes in each direction) in a very open area, but after completing the 180-degree turn, the car is shown driving away from the crumpled chutes on a much narrower side street among tall buildings.
Continuity mistake: After the drive-by shooting at the Federal Building, when Owen and Sam escort the defector and his girlfriend into the sedan, the license plate number is "5GOI417" which soon changes to "5PCI294" when Sam drives backwards. Then it changes back to "5GOI417" when Owen and Sam leave the car, and yet it's "5PCI294" again when Owen points his gun at the camera.

Continuity mistake: When Beckett goes to the bathroom to read Castle's book and Castle peers over the top of the cubical to tell her what page the sex scene is on, she is holding the book with her fingers between the pages dividing the book into 2 sections. These 2 sections switch to 3 and then back to 2 between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Charlie is in his office talking to Larry, while going over the potential killers and victims, he writes the word "Killers" on the board and circles it. Then, when Charlie notices that Larry has left and says "gone", the writing is different. The 'k' is wider, and most noticeably, the left side of the circle is gone, and the loop in his 's' disappears. Once Charlie goes back to working, the word changes back to how it was originally written.
