Continuity mistake: When the three are arguing in the dressing room, Oliver says, "I don't care," then turns and wipes most/all of the lipstick writing off the mirror, leaving a load of messy smears behind. In the shot of Oliver when he says, "in a few weeks..." the mirror is behind him, with no smears. At the end of the scene as Mabel says "I'm done" and storms out, the mirror is very smeary again.
Visible crew/equipment: At Goody's, while Stan is on the phone with Francine she tells him to turn around, and there's an actor's mark taped to the floor at Francine's feet. (00:39:30)
Visible crew/equipment: At the end, when Aunt Vi and Delilah return home, just as Miles walks into the house, the green T-mark is visible on the floor.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jane straight up tells John Swift that she's taking a "vacation" so she'll be out of his hair, just as Jane walks out of her own office, the red T-mark is visible on the floor at the doorway. (00:15:45)
Continuity mistake: Elsbeth is sitting at a bar having a beer in a bottle. The label is facing away from her as she talks to the bartender. When the bartender walks away, the bottle has turned, with the label now facing her. (00:44:44)
Continuity mistake: When Donna jumps off the bridge, it's into relatively shallow water under the bridge, and there is land very nearby (at both ends of the bridge). When the camera shows her in the morning, she is suddenly far out to sea in the ocean. (00:01:51 - 00:09:33)
Continuity mistake: S1: E6 Loco - FBI Agent Quiñones places the whiskey bottle down on the table with the back label showing, but in the next shot, the front label on the bottle is showing (Wild Turkey 101). (00:29:38 - 00:29:59)
Visible crew/equipment: While Jefferson and Kareem are talking alone in the stairwell, just as Jefferson confides, "It's just that I feel so bad and so ashamed of everything I did before," the blue-sleeved arm of a crew member is visible at the right side of the screen. (00:33:25)
Factual error: When Debbie Harry's "I Want That Man" is playing, just before Deb is shown being dropped off at school by Gio, an overhead shot is shown of basketball courts under a flyover. You can see modern cars parked under the flyover: at least 20 years more modern than in 1991 when the show is set. (00:06:57)
Visible crew/equipment: Outside the laundromat, when Cook comes out willingly to answer what he believes are follow-up questions, Lala whispers to Franks not to spook Cook. As Franks (with gritted teeth) leads Cook to the car, three T-marks (red, yellow, and green) are visible on the ground behind them. (00:16:45)
