Continuity mistake: Towards the end of the episode, during the final shootout, Murdoch ambushes an armed bad guy in the attic and jumps through the wooden wall with him. As they fall down, Murdoch's trademark hat spectacularly flies off his head, but in the next overhead cut - showing him and the bad guy lying on the ground - the hat is on his head again.
Visible crew/equipment: When Jimmy Smits and Dave Navarro are talking to the shopkeeper, a microphone wire can be plainly seen under Navarro's wife-beater. (00:14:25)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Danny is lying on the sofa in the flat listening to music. Stacey throws down an envelope of money onto his chest. Continuity mistake: Episode 1 - When the commissioner kisses his wife at the beginning of the first episode, he is holding the holstered gun in his left hand and his ID in the right hand. That's in the first shot, because his daughter enters the room bringing coffee, and now the two items swapped hand. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when Howard is at Jimmy and Kim's apartment to talk with them, there's a bottle of wine on the table next to the couch, but when there's an overhead shot just after Lalo comes on stage and kills him, the bottle has disappeared without anyone having touched it.
Continuity mistake: When the guy in the phone box is shot, and Michael yells for K.I.T.T, once K.I.T.T stops the front wheels are facing to the left. But when Michael drives off they are facing right. (00:13:15)
