Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode Chris is taking his suitcase upstairs. He walks in front the couch where everyone is sitting and heads towards the stairs. Next shot shows him walking behind the couch as if he entered the front door and walked behind the couch and over to the stairs.
Continuity mistake: After Peter says goodbye to his family before his flight to Ireland, when it cuts to Stewie spying on Lois while she's doing the dishes, there's a calendar hanging on the wall beside the refrigerator and a paper hanging on the fridge, but when Stewie draws on the wall both the calendar and paper have vanished.

Continuity mistake: When Lois is helping Peter get his work done while he has the hand injury, Peter gives Lois the flip book to proofread. During this scene the phone power cord appears then disappears, and the door knob as well as the kick plate vanish then reappear properly.
Continuity mistake: Peter goes to see his mom. She's drinking coffee and puts the cup down on the table to answer the door. In the next shot the cup disappears.
Continuity mistake: When Lois opens the door to Peters mum, Peter appears at the door and Lois simply vanishes. (00:05:00)

Behind Lois you see the trash cans when Peter says, "But instead he called me a fat stinking drunk, those were his last words," then it cuts to a closer shot of Peter and Lois, and the trash cans have vanished. Continuity mistake: When Meg's boss tells her to fire Peter, he has plungers on his nipples. He walks over to Meg and takes them off. A second later his shirt is tucked in without Peter being able to tuck it in. He's holding plungers in both hands.

Continuity mistake: Stewie uses a chair to climb into his tanning bed. He tells Brian to come get him in 15 minutes. When he comes back 6 hours later, the chair is back over by the table.
Revealing mistake: As Stewie is walking toward Herbert's house, he just suddenly appears mid-screen.
Revealing mistake: Right after the "Ghost Whisperer" cutaway, while Peter, Chris, and Lois are sitting on the couch, Chris' eyes disappear for a single frame. (00:09:10)
