Cat House - S5-E18

Plot hole: When Phoebe and Paige are be sent through Piper and Leo's past we see things that that cannot be true. 1. When Leo was dying in "Love Hurts" you see Piper and Leo orbing, but in the actual episode they walked down the stairs. 2. In "Just Harried" we see the cake fall and the Statue skid on the floor, but in the actual episode it was caught under the cake.

A Witch's Tail (1) - S5-E1

Plot hole: Paige says she cannot wait to tell the local witch doctors that Borneo demons are not impervious to magical powers. But in the episode 'House Call', they act as if they have never heard of witch doctors, let alone dealt with them. (00:01:45)

Coyote Piper - S3-E9

Other mistake: At the beginning of this episode, Tara and Kierken are arguing and Kierken says that he could always "suck you into your little mixing bottle and start again." Then Tara says that "she has a better idea," and then she stabs herself. The life essence automatically flows out of her but the knife was still in her body. Later, the possessed business man stabs himself in front of Piper and she kneels down to see if he was okay and the essence flew into her, without the knife being removed from his body. At the end, when Leo comes down after Prue stabs the possessed Piper, he kneels over her, but the essence does not flow into him. It only flows into him after he takes the knife out of her body.

Chick Flick - S2-E18

Continuity mistake: After Phoebe kisses Billy, she sees that the makeup over his lips has washed off and that they're in black and white again. While she applies more to him, the phone rings, Billy turns his head, and his lips are normal. In the next shot, they're back to being in black and white. (00:22:15)

Is There a Woogy in the House? - S1-E15

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the final scene in the attic, the view from the window prominently features the Transamerica Pyramid. At the end of the scene, the view is completely different, showing the Ferry Building and the Bay Bridge. (00:41:30)

The Eyes Have It - S5-E6

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe goes to get her palm read, Madame Theresa draws lines on her hand. But when she first enters the room and sits down the lines are already visible on her hand, before they have been drawn there. (00:01:00)

Someone to Witch Over Me - S7-E7

Continuity mistake: In episode 7-7: "Someone to Witch Over Me," Piper is killed by the demon Sarpedon's metallic claw. When the claw strikes her, she falls back with her arms behind her, landing partially on her palms, allowing her to complete the fall by sinking gradually to the ground. Then there is a cut to a closer shot, and we see her fall again. The second time, she falls directly into a more prone position with her arms raised and the backs of both hands facing the ground.

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
