Be Careful What You Witch For - S2-E22

Plot hole: When teenage Prue has run away with the demon, and Phoebe and Piper find her in the park, teenage Prue is 'killed'. Her sisters drive her home to get Leo to heal her, but shouldn't they have just been able to call to Leo to orb to them when Prue was first hurt, and heal her in the park, and save driving back to the Manor, risking Prue dying?

Suggested correction: I see orbing to the park but he didn't heal her, she was already dead and he can't heal the dead, that's why the genie brought her back - that's what Phoebe wished for.

But if they would have called for him right away - he would have been able to heal her before she died. However at this point in time I don't think they knew how to call for him.

Yes, they did know how to call him. At least Phoebe did, because when Piper got sick in the hospital from the disease she inherited from the illegal fruit, Prue and Phoebe screamed out Leo's name until he appeared in the attic.

They did, they first tried it in the episode when Piper was sick with an exotic disease and dying in the hospital.

It bothers me that they never used it again until Season 4. When Prue was held by Abby, Leo could have helped if she called, and so many other times... so annoying.

Saving Private Leo - S4-E17

Corrected entry: When Piper freezes an object it always continues with its path when it unfreezes, but when she unfreezes the knife Rick has thrown at her it drops to the floor. (00:36:20)

Correction: This is a power advancement.

Pre-Witched - S3-E17

Corrected entry: Kit the cat shows up in Something Wicca This Way Comes (Episode 1,1), as the girls' familiar once they have received their powers. It is obvious that the cat just showed up by comments made by the girls, along the lines of "where did this cat come from" (not literally). However, in Pre-Witched (Episode 3,17), they make the same kinds of comments about Kit just showing up in this episode, which is supposed to have happened 6 months before Episode 1,1.

Charlemagne

Correction: It's 6 months apart. A cat showing up once and then again 6 months later isn't cause for mistake. Simply explained through forgetting.

A Paige from the Past - S4-E10

Corrected entry: After Piper freezes the first crime scene that Cole and Phoebe (aka Frankie and Lulu) have hit, Piper unfreezes Darryl by touching him but at the beginning of the the episode when Piper and Cole are touching the car that Piper froze, to stop it from exploding after a car crash, while trying to help the woman inside, the car never unfreezes. This is somewhat inconsistent through the entire show a lot of times they can unfreeze things by touching them and then a lot of times they can only unfreeze things by Piper using her pointer finger to either unfreeze a head or a foot or some other body part. (00:30:15)

Correction: This is obviously due to intent - just touching something wouldn't unfreeze it unless Piper intended that.

Correction: Cole doesn't say this. After stealing his powers, Barbas mentions that he can use the amount of power to become the new Source. It isn't proved in the episode that it would actually work, as he never gets to the ceremonial part. Perhaps the Grimoire would have been needed eventually, or seeing the amount of power Cole owns in this season, the Grimoire might have not been needed anymore.

Once Upon a Time - S3-E3

Corrected entry: The only way any of the charmed ones can see the fairies is with the fairy dust, but in several other later seasons and episodes when the charmed ones need the magical community's help they can see the fairies without any help from fairy dust or a spell.

Correction: Originally they didn't know or believe that fairies and trolls existed so they needed the fairy dust or a spell to regain their innocence so they could see them, in later seasons they know they exist so no longer need anything to help them see them.

A Knight to Remember - S4-E6

Corrected entry: When Phoebe picks up the cordless phone to call Paige before the Shocker Demon attacks for the first time, the cordless phone is white but then after the attack, when the cordless is on the floor, it's black.

Correction: Please rewatch the scene. The cordless phone is not white. Both the cordless phone and its base are black when Phoebe picks it up to call Paige (viewed on Netflix).

Super Grover

Love Hurts - S1-E21

Corrected entry: After the darklighter takes Daisy, Phoebe suggests switching powers back would be faster, Leo says it would take too long. In the time it takes Leo to coach Piper and help her locate Daisy, they could have switched powers, Leo could have located her, and orbed them all to Daisy.

brianjr0412

Correction: Leo states that he is still too weak to use his powers which is why it would take longer if they switched powers back.

My Three Witches - S6-E6

Corrected entry: We are told that in the world of the Charmed Ones, desires aren't real. When they are transported back to the real world, Wyatt is transported too, even though the real Wyatt was never really there to begin with.

rockycm

Correction: I believe that when the demon brings the Charmed ones into their desire worlds, Piper is holding Wyatt and as such brought him into her world by association?

Suggested correction: I was thinking the same, but it's possible she thought he was an ancestor/past life of Cole. When she visited her own past life, she recognized everyone there because of their "souls" so maybe she thought the same with him. Although you'd think they'd acknowledge that a little.

Womb Raider - S4-E21

Other mistake: Piper tells Page that her doctor told her she probably wouldn't be able to conceive because of scar tissue from blunt force trauma. But Leo has healed Piper, if there was scar tissue after Leo heals, then all 3 girls should be covered in scars.

Suggested correction: They are thrown around quite a bit before even finding out Leo is a whitelighter. Also, he doesn't heal them every time they get thrown or hit in the abdomen. In fact, we usually don't see him heal them at all if they're just thrown across the room or punched in the gut, unless there's a visible wound.

Suggested correction: No, she was shoved and hit her head on a filing cabinet. It's shown.

Charmed Again (1) - S4-E1

Corrected entry: Phoebe says Piper and Prue were able to defeat Shax without the power of three and Piper's response is it was because "Prue was the strongest." Piper would have no recollection of this event as Tempus reversed time bringing Piper back from the dead in the timeline that she was shot in. The time reversal affected everyone's memory except Phoebe, Leo and Cole who were in the Underworld. (00:14:30)

Correction: I believe that Piper simply meant that statement in general and not because she actually remembered the event. She also doesn't say anything else about the timeline that was altered. In Piper's mind, Prue had always been the strongest of the three of them, because she was also the oldest. Piper and Phoebe use that statement several times throughout the series.

Correction: Also Phoebe was in the underworld and was not effected by Tempus' change, and Phoebe could have told her what happened. I assume they all know what happened before the time change at this point.

Cat House - S5-E18

Plot hole: The demon is killed when Leo proposes, hence before the wedding. So how is he able to break the cake topper?

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: The demon was able to break the topper because the demon/Paige/Phoebe were being moved in the memories in the order Piper and Leo talked about their past. Since they talked about the wedding before the proposal, the demon was able to break the topper.

Suggested correction: There is a difference between an Empath and the power of Empathy. A true Empath is a mortal that has died and been reincarnated and they are a separate race of magical beings. But other beings, such as witches, can have the power of empathy. It does get confusing because they refer to a witch with empathy as an empath, but that doesn't mean they are true empaths. In addition, Phoebe developed her empathy powers in her 20's as one of her first powers and her power of empathy is the strongest of any being.

Bishop73

And where is this stated anywhere in the 8 seasons of the show?

Size Matters - S4-E5

Continuity mistake: Shortly after Phoebe frees the blonde girl from the clay, she tells her to run "before Gammill sees [them]." But Phoebe hadn't learned the demon's name at any point. Leo and Piper do find out his name, but not until later. (00:20:00)

Suggested correction: Gamill and Finn are talking when Phoebe is at the house. It may be possible that Gamill's name was mentioned by Finn in conversation.

Suggested correction: Maybe Holly covered it up with makeup because she isn't supposed to have tattoos for her job? A lot of jobs still don't allow piercings and tattoos today but all those years ago it was even harsher.

There are multiple instances of covered tattoos during the early seasons. I noticed it the most on Alyssa's back tattoo.

The Fifth Halliwell - S4-E16

Plot hole: Cole explains that the demonic power is driving Karen mad because she is human. Cole later has Paige infected with one to drive her mad. This doesn't make sense since Paige is doubly not human, and shouldn't be driven mad. In fact the Charmed Ones have had demonic powers before and were not driven mad, but instead turned evil.

Upvote valid corrections to help move entries into the corrections section.

Suggested correction: They all are human, just not mortals.

Correction: Javna is the Charmed Ones' second vanquish, so it isn't all that unreasonable to assume they didn't know (or remember) that Javna's power was "the evil eye" since they were so new to the craft. They used the Hand of Fatima to vanquish him, and no "evil eye" was mentioned in 1-2 "I've Got You Under My Skin."

jademoon

Correction: The evil eye was mentioned by Prue when they read the Javna entry.

Cole: Phoebe, I love you. I don't know what's going on but maybe I can help. Would you like me to kill someone for you?

Answer: That was a mistake in the series.

Also, the episode is called 'Babies First Demon' and this alone tells us that it's Wyatt's first time in the field (so to speak) and as the sisters say, they've done a good job of clearing up their own magical messes so far. Nobody really knows how advanced Wyatt's powers are, or will become. That's why the cleaners appear, to nip things in the bud. The Cleaners didn't want to chance that the sisters could clean Wyatt's magic up, just incase they couldn't. Therefore intervening themselves, just in case.

Chosen answer: When the cleaners first surface in season 6 it is mentioned that usually the girls have been able to clean up their own messes (as seen in season 3 episode 22 when Phoebe turns back time thus concluding in the death of Prue).

Answer: Because they wanted them to fix their own mistakes.
