Continuity mistake: When Monica and Phoebe enter the coffee house and talk to Chandler and Ross, the extra sitting at the coffee bar (black shirt, blue jeans) is not wearing a belt, then when they pan again she is, and back she is not. (00:00:12 - 00:00:54)
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe goes to visit her mom for the first time, she takes a cookie from the cookie jar and leaves the lid off. But in one shot, the lid is back on. The lid is back off in the following shots. (00:06:36)

Other mistake: When Phoebe makes fun of Ross' Princess Leia fantasy with the rolls, Rachel tries to stop her; the shots used are the same action, just from different angles. Look at Rachel's hands and the towel in her hand when Phoebe puts the rolls by her ears.

Continuity mistake: When Ben says Monica's name she's holding the Minute Maid juice box, but in Ben's closeup the juice box is on the table, though it's back in Monica's hand in the next shot. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rachel and Phoebe are in Central Perk talking about the Princess Leia Fantasy, a guy in a yellow shirt and white pants is standing at the bar behind Phoebe. As they talk he walks to the door and leaves, but in the next shot he is standing behind Phoebe again, just as she says "That's the moment when she becomes a woman." (00:08:10)
The One With Phoebe's Ex-Partner - S3-E14
Continuity mistake: When Ginger leaves after finding Chandler's third nipple, she is taking her coat and her purse is lying on the counter. When the camera angle changes, the purse is suddenly in her hand.
Continuity mistake: When Rachel tells Ross that she is still in love with him, her hair keeps changing from behind her ear to down when the camera changes angles.
The One With Frank Jr. - S3-E5
Continuity mistake: When Frank has the towel wrapped around him, the knot on his chest changes a lot between shots.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Joey and Monica discuss changing her bathroom tile, Joey moves the hamper to the middle of the doorway and when he kneels down to measure, the hamper is back against the wall. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: When Joey wakes up all covered in sand, his right "breast" has a big crack. But when the camera angle changes, the crack has gone.
Suggested correction: The crack comes and goes as he breathes.
The One Where Ross And Rachel Take A Break - S3-E15
Revealing mistake: In the scene where Ross brings the picnic basket to Rachel's office, he lights a candle and puts it near a plant (which then sets it on fire). However, the candle is barely (if at all) close enough to set it alight, and when it does, a huge flame just erupts from the middle of the plant, not the edge where the candle was.
Factual error: When Bonnie shaves her head, Rachel is supposed to have given her the razors (according to Bonnie.) Nope - the kind of razors needed to do that kind of close shave are a very particular kind, and Rachel isn't going to have them unless she also shaves her own head. It also wouldn't make any sense for Bonnie to have used her own razors; she's not going to carry them around with her unless she's planning to use them.
Suggested correction: Considering Bonnie always used to shave her head, it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that she just kept a razor on her in case she wanted to do it again. She's an impulsive type of person, after all.
The One With The Dollhouse - S3-E20
Other mistake: The dollhouse is only partially burned when Ross takes it into the bathroom to extinguish it. When he shows it to Phoebe it's completely blackened and destroyed. He and Monica wouldn't have just let it burn; they would have extinguished it ASAP, and there's no reason why that wouldn't have been fast if they doused it in the shower.
The One With The Princess Leia Fantasy - S3-E1
Audio problem: When Monica answers the door and sees her father, she says "Hey Dad, what are you doing here?" but her lips barely move at all.

Continuity mistake: When Ross gets takes out a Popsicle and says who dated a stripper, he takes a bite of his Popsicle and and the camera cuts to Rachel, then back to Ross and the bite has vanished.
