Visible crew/equipment: After Joey nearly drills a hole into Chandler he heads over to Monica's to get a beer, and just as Joey walks into the apartment the camera can be seen at the left side of the screen.
The One With The Metaphorical Tunnel - S3-E4
Visible crew/equipment: After Chandler gives Janice the contact paper for his dresser drawer, when Chandler stands up and says, "Yes, I did," we can see the camera at the right side of the screen.
The One Where Monica and Richard Are Just Friends - S3-E13
Factual error: Joey refers to several of his favorite parts of The Shining in 'code', including "all blank and no blank makes blank a blank blank, " which obviously refers to the "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" scene from the movie. However, that scene (and the one where Danny sees the two "blanks" in the hallway) is not found in the book; only in the movie. (00:13:55)
Suggested correction: I know they're talking about the book, but doesn't it actually make sense for Joey to be referencing the movie, even though the conversation is about the book? Considering the character, I don't think that's off at all. He's read the book, but he's obviously seen the movie, too.
Later in that scene, Ross references The Shining as a book Joey loves that stars Jack Nicholson. Therefore, it's safe to assume that Joey has seen the movie and the audience could infer that he may confuse the two often enough for Ross to reference it that way. This might just be another Joey mistake (which he has many) vs a factual error of the show.

Other mistake: The accent of the Dutch woman is not a Dutch accent at all. It appears to be Scandinavian. (00:07:00)

Continuity mistake: When Chandler is getting relationship advice from Monica and Rachel near the end, the label on the ice cream tub he is holding changes position depending on whether the shot is close up or not. (00:13:00)
Continuity mistake: When Pheobe is talking to Ursula's stalker, her hands move places with no time to do so. (00:02:45)

Visible crew/equipment: After Joey's initial conversation with the Dutch woman, as he is walking away speaking to Chandler on his way back to the game, you can see the shadow of the camera is on his chest and moves away as he walks. (00:08:30)
The One With The Ultimate Fighting Champion - S3-E24
Continuity mistake: After Rachel and Phoebe see Bonnie and Ross in Central Perk, Rachel is yelling at Phoebe that she needs to break them up. At first, Phoebe is holding her coat in her left hand and a purse in her right, but then she is holding them both in her left, with no time to have changed hands. (00:16:30)

Continuity mistake: When Chandler calls Joey a "big big freak", Joey's grip on the beer bottle changes from around the middle of the bottle to the neck. (00:18:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Monica leaves the apartment and everyone is watching you can see the stage lights on the ceiling in shots from Pete's viewpoint. (00:18:10)
The One With The Giant Poking Device - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: At the end when Chandler is singing "Endless Love", Phoebe comes in and when she walks over to Chandler he has his arms wrapped around the Lionel Richie record with the shoe in his hand in front of the record. When the shot switches to just Chandler, his right arm is resting on the arm of the chair and his left arm is holding the shoe behind the record. (00:21:00)
The One With The Screamer - S3-E22
Continuity mistake: After the play, Joey asks Kate how she is doing, and she says "fabulous". She brings a cup to her mouth, and then does it again from another direction. (00:09:30)
The One With Phoebe's Ex-Partner - S3-E14
Continuity mistake: When Joey is telling his story about throwing Ginger's wooden leg in the fire, when he gets to the part about him, Ginger and the dog Pepper falling asleep in front of the fire, a large section of her hair falls in front of Phoebe's face. In the next shot it's gone;, however her hands are visible the whole time and she has not pushed the hair back. (00:08:05)
Continuity mistake: Right at the end when Ross hits Chandler with his rolled up magazine, he only folds over one-third of the magazine onto the middle third. When it cuts to him hitting Chandler (without a time delay between him hitting Chandler and folding the magazine) the magazine is fully folded over. (00:21:30)

Continuity mistake: When Tommy starts shouting at the duck it changes its position. (00:15:15 - 00:18:00)
The One With The Dollhouse - S3-E20
Continuity mistake: When Chandler's in Rachel's office, she tells him the lingerie isn't kept there. He says, "Yes I realise that", and starts reaching for the catalogue she's about to give him. Camera cuts, and he's now standing with his hands in his pockets, reaching out again when she gives him the catalogue. (00:02:40)
The One With The Flashback - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Phoebe and Ross are in the soon to be closed bar sitting on the pool table. He clears it of everything, but a few seconds later he stops making out because the "damn balls are in the way" and somehow magics up a handful of snooker balls. If you look closely when he's clearing the table, there are two dark balls at the side which he studiously ignores, and which Lisa Kudrow then surreptitiously grabs and takes onto the table with her so David Schwimmer can grab them later. The One The Morning After - S3-E16
Revealing mistake: In the shot where Monica and Phoebe are taking off the wax strips, they make a big fuss about how much it hurts. However, watch carefully and you will see one of the strips just fall off. (00:10:30)
