Corrected entry: In the scene where Ian is talking to John Hammond's nephew at the beginning of the movie, Ian says Hammond twisted the facts regarding the deaths of 3 people. In the first movie, there were at least 5 deaths: the worker in the first scene, the lawyer, the velociraptor expert, Dennis Nedry, and Mr. Arnold. It's unreasonable to believe that the truth was told about some of the deaths merely because that would involve admitting the existence of the dinosaurs. (00:07:10)

Correction: First of all; it is unclear whether Ian Malcolm knew about the worker who was killed, as this happened long before he even set foot on the island, but it was the incident that led to the lawyers wanted scientific endorsements. Even if he did know about it, he likely would have viewed it as a separate incident. In addition, nobody was present when Nedry died, and as you say, InGen would have suppressed any information about this they could, leaving Ian also ignorant of how and when Nedry died (if he notices at all). So he only knows of three deaths for certain, and might suspect more, but does not have any evidence.

Wanted (2008)

Corrected entry: During the shootout in the grocery store, Fox uses an attachment called Corner-Shot to aim around corners without exposing the body. She holds it with one hand and flicks her wrist to angle it the other way. The error is that it can't be done without the use of both hands. One hand by the trigger and the other hand unlocks the swivel to change the angle.

Correction: This is only true of the real-life version of the gun, but in the movie the Fraternity use very specialized, custom-made guns and equipment. The unlocking switch could be on the gun handle, or a simple switch she could flick while attaching the Corner-Shot to allow the swivel to stay unlocked.

Corrected entry: The scene where Bond and Mathis are drinking at the bar onboard the plane is set on the Virgin Atlantic upper class section. However, the bar on the upper class sections are facing rearwards and not forwards. They do not show the Virgin Atlantic logo either.

Correction: So it is not a Virgin Atlantic plane, but a slightly different, privately owned and/or chartered plane. No mistake.

Congo (1995)

Corrected entry: When Munro and Dr. Ross are sitting with the General, there's nobody in the lobby. In the next shot a group of people are standing there. (00:31:15)

Hamster

Correction: Most of the times the angles of the shot makes the soldiers in the lobby disappear, but they would be just out of frame (to the left, mostly). The camera simply does not catch the entire lobby. In addition, the men are moving around a little, so could easily have moved to stay out of frame.

Congo (1995)

Corrected entry: At the start of the film, one of Jeffreys eyes is ripped out. Later when his corpse is found by Dr. Ross and Elliot, he has both eyes in his corpse.

Hamster

Correction: We never get to see Jeffrey's entire face, as his head is turned to the side, and only the left side is visible. And even this is only seen in a wide shot, so it is impossible to make out his eye (or lack thereof).

Corrected entry: When Charles Travis is waiting for Jeffrey, in the first shot he's sitting on the steps of Zinj, then standing, and then he sits down again. (00:06:15)

Hamster

Correction: The scene is not shown in real time - Charles is there for quite some time waiting for Jeffrey, which is why he is getting so impatient and shouts that they have to link up with Houston in ten minutes.

Corrected entry: When Homolka looks outside the plane door [before jumping] he puts his right hand on the doorside. In the next shot it's his left hand. (00:38:50)

Hamster

Correction: He places both hands on the doorsides, one on each side.

Corrected entry: Karen asks Charles' if she can have his co-ordinates for a later link-up. However later we see her able to operate the camera herself remotely.

Hamster

Correction: When Karen said to Charles "send me your coordinates", it was under the impression that the expedition would be moving towards the source of the river and the diamond mine. Had everything gone normal, the expedition would move, and new coordinates would have to be given so they could link up again. Karen could later remotely use the camera because coordinates had not changed, and it was still in its previous location.

A Knight's Tale (2001)

Corrected entry: In the scene where Jocelyn turns the scarf for William in her hands you can see that it is a light yellow one without embroidery. In a later scene where Christiane brings the scarf to William it is another one with yellow embroidery on it. (00:45:20 - 00:49:10)

Correction: There is nothing to suggest the two scarves are meant to be the same. We see Jocelyn folding a piece of cloth, but she never says anything about it being meant for Ulric/William. The next day it turns out she has sent a different scarf with Christiane. To say that the two are supposed to be identical is the submitter's assumption.

Corrected entry: The Marks of Kate's trade are not the same when she was seen creating them and then when they are pointed out on Sir Ulrich's armour. (01:00:35)

Correction: I just watched this several times, and the marks look completely alike.

A Knight's Tale (2001)

Corrected entry: When William is training there is a scene when he falls into the water in his full suit of armor. Each time the camera angle changes the bubbles from the water can be seen on different sides on the lance. Happens about 4 times during the scene. (00:13:40)

MCKD

Correction: Actually, you only see the bubbles in the river three times. Two of these shots are from Wat's side of the river, and one is from Roland's, making it appear as if the bubbling changes sides (in relation to the rope and lance), but it is really just an effect of the angle change.

Corrected entry: When the Phantom sings, "So do you end your days with me, or do you send him to his grave," his teeth are clenched as he sings "me" which is not possible.

Correction: Rubbish. I just did it several times with no problem (and no formal training as a singer).

Quantum of Solace (2008)

Corrected entry: In the last scene in the desert he has motor oil in his trunk. But he was driving a Ford Edge Hydrogen with a fuel cell and this car does not need motor oil. (01:21:25)

Correction: Bond took the car from the compound when he went after Greene across the desert. It's likely he got the oil from a different car, when he formed the plan of dumping Greene in the desert without water. The oil did not need to come from that particular car.

Congo (1995)

Corrected entry: In the scene in the cave where they finally found the white diamonds, they take the diamonds from the stone-mine-wall with their fingers and the diamond is alredy cut like a jewel (diamonds in their "raw" form look like rough glass).

Correction: The characters never take the diamonds directly from the wall, but pick them up from the sand floor. And the diamonds in the movie are not cut, but have the natural crystal-shapes raw diamonds have. How can we be sure? Because they WERE real diamonds, on loan from the Herkimer Diamond Mines.

Congo (1995)

Corrected entry: When our heroes are in the hut, with the African warlord, there is a lot of money. At a time, they throw an bundle of dollar bills, and the top-bill flips over, and shows that the next is just plain white paper.

Correction: First of all, they are in a very nice hotel, not a "hut". Second, if you look closely, you can see the corner of the printing on the second bill as well. American bills have a white edge to them, so it may at a glance appear as if there is no print there, but you can make it out, even without zooming.

Corrected entry: In the warehouse, no one thinks to track down the magnetic artifact by using a simple compass.

Correction: First of all, character mistake. Second, as pointed out several times, the force emanating from the skull is NOT magnetic, but a different, alien psychokinetic power. There's no way to be sure a compass would be attracted to it. But if you listen, Indy actually asks for a compass first thing. It just so happens that nobody has one.

The Terminator (1984)

Corrected entry: In the first flashback scene, Reese is walking through the tunnels, it shows a mother and daughter watching TV made of a fire. But the housing is plastic and shows no signs of melting.

Correction: Well, since what you see on screen is a real TV casing with a real fire in, this is obviously possible. As for a more precise explanation, we do not know how long the fire has been burning. If they just lit it, the plastic would not yet have reached its melting point.

Oscar (1991)

Corrected entry: During a scene when Anthony and Dr Pool meet in Mr Provalone's living room, Dr Pool tells Anthony that he can tell he's from Middlesex New Jersey (or something like that) from the way he speaks and from his accent and yet Anthony hasn't said a word since he entered the house and they've never met before, so Dr Pool has never heard Anthony speak.

Correction: There's nothing in the movie that indicates that Anthony and Dr. Poole have never met. In fact, the familiarity Dr. Poole shows with the household (knowing Aldo by name, describing Lisa's "nicely rounded diphthongs"), and how both Lisa and Sofia speak of Poole as if they know him, shows he has been a regular guest in the Provolone house. He and Anthony could easily have met at an earlier occasion, but never had the time to sit down and engage in conversation.

The Happening (2008)

Corrected entry: Mrs. Jones dies from the toxin even though she has stayed apart from the three people who are staying at her home and is some distance from them when she begins to show symptoms. The other three find themselves separated, two in the spring house, the other in the house. Although none is in anything like a sealed environment when Mrs. Jones dies - indeed, she smashes in several windows, which would have exposed Mark Wahlberg - none of the others is affected. Wahlberg observed the toxin affecting Mrs. Jones firsthand, and the speaking tube connecting the house with the spring house would have carried the toxin just as well as it did his voice.

Correction: The toxin is emenated from the plants in waves, and after a dose has been released, it takes a little while to replenish. When Mrs. Jones was poisoned, she was standing outside, alone, surrounded by plants. It took a little while before she started to smash in the windows, and by this time the remining toxin in the air had dissolved or blown away. It is around the same time the plants start to break of their attack, and stops releasing toxin altogether, so the characters are safe in their shelters (even if they don't know it).
