Revealing mistake: As Glenn, Blake and Monica are being surrounded by zombies, as Monica asks "Fucking hell, how many more of these are there?", in the background you can see a zombie sitting astride his victim, flailing away with a hammer or hatchet. It is obvious that he is just swinging his arm back and forth, without connecting with anything. It looks as if he is dusting, not slaying someone. (01:23:50)

Revealing mistake: When Bjornson is in Oslo he calls Catherine, who is still in Alesund, from a pay phone. But located behind him is a poster listing emergency numbers for the municipality of Giske, revealing that this scene was filmed there, just outside of Alesund.

Revealing mistake: When Crystal sets fire to the meth lab, she flings her lighter in a straight direction towards the front door. But you can see that the fire does not start there: it starts in the middle of the front porch, more than three feet from where her lighter landed.

Revealing mistake: During the final fight, Takeda is chained up between two ninja, and Kinjo orders them to kill him. One of them raises his sword, but is shot by Takedas wife. As the arrow hits, the film noticably "jumps", as the actor is replaced by another with an arrow attached to his throat. Not only does his position (especially his head) slightly change in an instant, but his suit also suddenly becomes a lot darker, and a crease appears in his hood.

Revealing mistake: When Kinjo is fighting Saito, he throws away his sword and fights Saito with his bare hands. During the duel, he first slams Saitos arm over his knee, then elbows him in the side of the head. But look at Saito's head; he reacts to the elbow LONG before it connects.

Revealing mistake: When Bruce is hijacking the old woman's car, what he is pulling out of the driver's seat is obviously a stiff, non-moving dummy. (00:57:35)

Revealing mistake: After Martin cuts his arm off, there are several scenes where you can see the bulge of the actor's real arm under his jacket. This is most noticeable when he is running through the birch wood, and when rooting through the ruins of the burned cabin.

Revealing mistake: All the zombies have greenish-gray, decayed skin. But when the zombie in winter camouflage gear is climbing the tree after Anna, his sleeve pulls back, revealing the actor's normal skin underneath. (01:00:40)

Revealing mistake: In brother Justin's padded cell, the far wall is obviously a painted backdrop. It even flutters when the orderly and doctor walk in! The only solid part is a couple of feet at the end, that Justin leans up against.

Revealing mistake: The zombies' uniforms are all worn, decayed and dirty from being 60 years old, and being underground for most of that time. But there are some notable exceptions. The winter camouflage gear worn by two of the zombies is completely undamaged and pristinely white, and looks brand-new. In addition, when Vegard is thrown out of the zombie cave, the zombie who climbs out after him is wearing shiny black boots, that does not bear the slightest sign of having ever been worn.

Revealing mistake: When Anna is being chased by a zombie out on an ice shelf, we get a close-up of the zombie in his winter camouflage gear. You can see a modern pull-cord holding his hood in place.

Revealing mistake: When Cohen complains about how nobody takes him seriously because he doesn't have teeth anymore, you can see a full set of teeth in his mouth.

Revealing mistake: When Bain is in the bath and communicating with his employer, you can see he is just punching random keys on the keyboard that do not match up with what he is supposedly writing. First, he writes "Nothing. I retired the buyers", but he never touches the "n" or "e" keys. A little later, he types "And", but his hand never comes near the "a" key. (01:07:10)

Revealing mistake: When Mrs. Petrelli is sitting with the dead Peter, just before she lies down on his chest and starts to cry, you can see the "dead" man tilt his head slightly backwards. (00:21:10)

Revealing mistake: Every time Puma Man flies he is obviously just hanging from a wire, flailing his arms and legs about, while the (slightly out-of-focus) background images roll by.

Revealing mistake: When Puma Man picks up a gangster and flies him over the construction site, he drops the man to intimidate him. The gangster does not fall straight down, but slides downward at an approximately 45 degree angle to the ground. Either the actor was attached to a wire, or someone flipped the background shot, or a combination of the two. Either way, the downward "fall" looks completely wrong.

Revealing mistake: During the final fight in the mansion, Puma Man throws two thugs into a stone wall. The wall flexes noticeably.

Revealing mistake: When Tony is having his first fight in the embassy, it is obvious that most of his punches do not connect at all. The people he supposedly hit still react as though being hit, and the sound effects of a fist hitting a jaw are still there, even if Tony misses by several inches.

Revealing mistake: When first talking to the sheriff on the phone, the biology professor several times refer to spiders as "insects". A real biology teacher would know that spiders are arachnids, not insects.
