The Godfather (1972)

Visible crew/equipment: During the meeting between the Corleone family and Sollozzo to discuss drug dealing you can see a boom microphone reflected in the glass window when Don Corleone stands up to pour Sollozzo a drink, it can be seen moving around. A little later in the same scene when Don rejects Sollozzo's offer you can see a crew member reflected in the same set of window's moving around (above Sonny's head). (00:37:20 - 00:38:44)

For Whom the Bell Trolls - S1-E9

Visible crew/equipment: During the big fight at the end between Ticklesneezer and Megazord you can see a child crouching down next to Megazord at one point. It's hard to miss, bottom right of the screen, and he's wearing green clothing. This is due to the original sentai footage featuring the oversized child in the megazord battle and the Americanized version not editing them out. (00:16:55)

Big Sisters - S1-E7

Visible crew/equipment: When Maria gets down off the Megazord's hand to get into the Rad Bug you can see a driver in the front seat despite the fact that it's supposed to be empty and being controlled remotely. (00:15:21)

Episode #1.4 - S1-E4

Visible crew/equipment: When Lee is being interrogated, at one point (after the detective says "Are you crazy?") the detective walks towards the large two-way mirror and you can see a clear reflection of a cameraman in the lower part of the mirror. (00:27:31)

Season 1 generally

Other mistake: Throughout season 1: The emergency workers are sometimes seen wearing a black jacket with an English spelling mistake on it. It reads "FIRE EMS RESOUE." Obviously the last word should be "RESCUE."

Anaconda (1997)

Continuity mistake: Serone catches a fish using a spear and then chops it up with a knife and a mallet. He then talks to the crew about their documentary and walks back to the chopping board where he proceeds to chop the same fish again, which is now whole. (00:12:32 - 00:13:21)

Trivia: At one point in the film Jill Valentine asks her teammates whether they would rather be eaten by a giant snake or a shark. This is a reference to the original Resident Evil video game were the player has to battle a giant snake called Yawn and a mutated shark called Neptune. Neither of these creatures made it into the film.

Trivia: The story mission "NeoTokyo" was inspired by Akira (1988). Both take place in NeoTokyo in the year 2019 and have similar visual aesthetics.

Trivia: Easter Egg: Go to any story mission on any difficulty and intentionally die. This will take you to the "Game Over" screen, wait here and don't touch anything. After 2-3 minutes you will start to hear strange garbled sounds, after 7 minutes or so you will hear a woman's voice say "Is that too loud?" and from this point onwards there is no sound at all until you leave the screen, at which everything returns to normal.

Teamwork - S1-E3

Continuity mistake: When Kimberley and Trini are fighting the Putties and see the giant Minotaur pass by there is, what looks like, a small child between them. This child is not seen before or after this one shot. (00:11:09)

Anaconda (1997)

Trivia: The original theatrical trailer for this movie includes the scene where Gary (Owen Wilson) is grabbed from behind by the snake and pulled backwards but the CGI snake hadn't been added in yet so you just see Gary falling backwards. This trailer is available on YouTube.

Factual error: In the mission briefing for the Wild West level The Colonel is referred to as a "deserter from the Confederate army", the problem is that the level is set in 1853 and the Confederacy did not even exist until 1861.

The Thing (1982)

Continuity mistake: When MacReady tests Naul's blood sample, in the close-up shot, the items on the cardboard box change by comparison to the wider shot before. The revolver moves and the bloody scalpel appears from nowhere. (01:25:21)

The Thing (1982)

Visible crew/equipment: When the "Palmer Thing" attacks Windows it lifts him up in the air. As it does this you can easily tell the monster is played by a member of the stunt team by the dark green T-shirt it's wearing. Palmer's clothing is different before and after this shot. (01:23:46)

The Thing (1982)

Visible crew/equipment: When the "Thing" monster bursts out of Norris' chest it rises up to the ceiling and grabs onto an oblong-shaped ventilation shaft. MacCready steps forward with his back to the camera (getting ready to burn it) and in this shot if you look at the adjacent pipe on the ceiling you can see the hand of a crew member. It looks like the crew member is there to steady or grab the monster puppet if it falls. (01:15:45)

The Shining (1980)

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the movie, Jack knocks on Ullman's office door and you can see Stanley Kubrick reflected in one of the square window panes behind Mr Ullman. Do not confuse Kubrick's reflection with Jack Nicholson's. (00:03:39)
