Flying Monkeys (2013)

Character mistake: When Sheriff Flemings arrives at the gas station murder scene, Deputy Baldridge is already there taking photographs. The pair exchange a few words and Baldridge says he can't find the victims body. The pair then look up to see three of the flying monkeys noisily eating Mr Sites corpse on the roof of the gas station. Apparently Baldridge didn't notice this the whole time he was there. Dark Souls (2011)

Continuity mistake: During the Ornstein and Smough boss fight if you kill Smough first you see a cutscene of him falling dead onto his back, Ornstein then places his hand on Smough and absorbs his power. When this happens you can see that Smough has been flipped over onto his front and Ornstein is actually resting his hand on his back - note Smough's armour.

City of God (2002)

Other mistake: At one point in the film young L'il Dice massacres a hotel, killing numerous people. However, when he was given the revolver outside the hotel he was not given extra ammunition, meaning he only had the six bullets already in gun (assuming it was fully loaded). Given that he fired at least one shot into the glass window (to warn the gang) and some of the victims were shot a number of times, it seems clear he would not have had enough bullets to do this.

Visible crew/equipment: After Hook is eaten by the giant crocodile Peter shouts "Bangarang!" and the kids start yelling it as well. Look on the far right of the screen, behind and underneath the crocodile, and you can see a pair of legs in blue denim jeans just standing there. (01:59:41)

Suggested correction: I've re-watched this part several times on HBO Max. There is nothing visible above their heads at the 12:39 minute mark. There is a shadow on the wall that is boom mic shaped; however, it would be pure speculation to what it is since it is very briefly and no equipment is ever shown.

Originally when I posted this mistake I added that I saw it specifically on the Netflix version. This was not included for some reason when it was uploaded. Watch the Netflix version and it's there.
