Question: This may sound a little crazy to the uninitiated, but does anybody have an alchemical interpretation of Apocalypse Now? I remember seeing pages from Coppola's screenplay that were annotated and made reference to transmutation.

Visible crew/equipment: When the police officer asks Steve and Rachel "where are your books?" a car approaches and the film cuts to a shot of the officer standing outside Steve's car. Look at the top centre of the screen, just above the roof of the car, and you can see part of the fluffy head of a boom microphone. It's quite quick, but very noticeable. (01:02:05)

Revealing mistake: When the bat flies into the bathroom and attacks Suzy you can see a string attached to the fake bat. (01:19:16)

Visible crew/equipment: During the scene when Mulder, Scully and the deputy approach the farmhouse there is a moment when Scully walks up to a chicken coop and a boom microphone with a fluffy wind cover on can be seen coming up from the bottom of the screen (Underneath Scully). (00:30:35)

Continuity mistake: When Sarah is injured and riding up in the dumbwaiter with Charlie's dead body the position of Charlie's head changes significantly between shots. (00:59:57)

Visible crew/equipment: When Detectives Velcoro and Bezzerides enter the victims home crime scene you can briefly see a clear reflection of the camera in the glass set of drawers next to the front door. (00:15:11)

Continuity mistake: Just before Michael stabs Laurie you can already see the injury make-up applied to her arm as she swings the axe at him. (01:10:39)

Visible crew/equipment: When the school buses depart from the school for Yosemite you can see the reflection of the crew's various tents and facilities in the buses side windows as they drive past the camera. (00:42:43)

Visible crew/equipment: After discovering John and Charlie in town Laurie drives them back to the school. The front gates are closed so Laurie honks her horn for the security guard's attention. John then get's out the car and as he does so you can see some equipment reflected in his car door just off-screen. There's some kind of large blue object and orange traffic cones definitely visible. None of it is there in wide shots. (00:33:46)

Visible crew/equipment: The first time we are introduced to Charlie and Sarah they are discussing the trip to Yosemite with John. As they walk through the school courtyard pay attention to the glass windows behind them (right side of the screen) and you can see a reflection of the camera and crew following in front of them. Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, after the monster drops from underneath the bridge into the water, a crowd of onlookers approach the waters edge. As gang-du joins them he drops a can off his plate and picks it back up and places it back on the plate. The shot then changes to a close-up and the cans have rearranged themselves. (00:12:48)

Revealing mistake: When the American man throws a square concrete tile at the monster it reacts (moves its foot in pain) before the tile actually makes contact. (00:16:11)

Audio problem: When the baby is born Dallas shows it to the men and says "It's a little girl" but her lips don't move when she says this.

Visible crew/equipment: The first time Naomi Watts character enters her bathroom (just before she finds Rita) pay attention to the small rectangular mirror in the lower left of the screen. You can see Watts pass the mirror then a second person, presumably the cameraman as no-one else is supposed to be there. (00:23:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When the group realise they have triggered the alarm system, one of them says "Shhh listen" and the boom microphone appears briefly above his head. (00:45:26)

Continuity mistake: In many interior places in the mansion heavy wind, rain or thunder/lightning can he heard on a continuous loop however when the player ventures to exterior locations in the mansion there is dead silence (to a point were only crickets can often be heard). This only applies to the 2002 RE remake to my knowledge.

Continuity mistake: When Andy makes his mother breakfast in bed he brings in a glass of orange juice but over the course of the scene of him and his mother talking it changes to a much lighter colour. It could have been switched with a glass of milk or cloudy lemonade but it's probably just the same orange juice that's been watered down over multiple takes.
